Completed these 2 chairs about 1 month ago and asked to take a picture when i collected the sofa to also recover

Top view. All the area around the springs will need filling with padding to hold the springs in place. The lashing in the previous pictures only hold the springs so the work together and don't collapse inwards, the padding holds them from collapsing outwards. Thus the springs only go up and down, working together

These springs had no lashing on springs, was only tied top and bottom with thin twine. No wonder the top canvas was ripped to pieces. Reweb, top canvas replaced and springs lashed in placed.

3 seater sofa, new foam core feather wrap seat cushion inners, side cushions and scatter cushions. Also due to its weight the casters where changed to glides to make it easier to move when cleaning and also doesn't leave so big a mark in the carpet that the old casters leave

When this chaise was brought in and was being stripped down, it was found that the carved wood facing had been covered over and nailed upon. I contacted the customer and they agreed to have it restored and also then also decided to have the dark stain removed. New springs and padding, with pulled in buttons in the back, unfortunately i forgot to take the final picture, so last pic is waiting for the braid finish.

Having changed from van to 4x4 lwb and trailer for larger pieces of furniture, had its 1st run out today. Just needs some sign writing.
