I cannot thank Robyn enough for her high level of customer service and persistence with me in order to secure the sale. For a period of time we were unable to find a car which suited my long list of preferences however with Robyn's determination and expertise we finally found one which i will be picking up next week! I have dealt with many sales people and Robyn is by far the best, showing a real duty of care and respect. Barons Mini Bedford have really shown that they really do look after their customers!

Previously left a 5 star review for Barons, however, the paint on my brand new MINI has been wrecked by their valeting team, they’ve had it in their body shop twice to be polished, however, the paint is still covered in swirl marks/light scratches. Barons should now be paying for the car to have a professional detail. Also, made an enquiry a few weeks ago about the part that was missing from the boot, Barons advised me that MINI no longer supply this part with new vehicles, I found this strange so thought I’d check with MINI UK, who have advised that this part would’ve been supplied with my car when it was delivered to the dealership. So I haven’t been told the truth. The whole situation has been fairly disappointing.

Wow. What terrible service! Clearly Barons don’t want my business.

I rang twice and left messages for a call back as no one was available. 24 hours later I called again, and was lucky enough to (eventually) get put through to a rude, patronising lady, who thought it was okay to speak to me as if I was an idiot. No thanks, phone down my end.

So I rang Mini in Milton Keynes, who I bought the car from in the first place... fantastic service. Go to Lancaster Mini- they care about you!!! Ps- I only gave one star as no stars wasn’t an option!

Terrible experience from the car not in the state we agreed on my collection date to damage being done to the vehicle when it was taken in for correction to the car not being taxed as agreed... I expected more given I was a loyal BMW customer and never had a problem. ÔŅĹ
