Eden has not only transformed my hair from lifeless and ugly... but has given me my “signature style”. She has been so patient with me whilst hair samples kept coming back with issues, so I couldn’t colour my hair... when we finally had the go ahead, she has exceeded my expectations with what she’s done. The colour is just stunning... it suits my skin tone perfectly! My hair is softer than it’s been for years and no greys!!! The cut is complimentary and I just cannot thank you enough! I am so over the moon - thank you!

My kids and I donated our hair today, an absolutely brilliant experience. Everyone was helpful and fun. We will be back in a couple of years to do it again.

Love this haircutters. It's unpretentious but cool and friendly and the music is great. Best of all (in my opinion) is Leon - all that which is already described above - and also a daring poet of a hair stylist who has taken me out of my comfort zone (a couple of times, but at my request!) and likes to chat my kind of drivel - travel and smoothie ingredients (sorry Leon if you now have to share the kiwi cinnamon shake recipe). I had a colour today and love my new hair. Who knew this colour would make my eyes look so green! Anyway thanks Leon, and Barry, and the crew :-) hope your feuble (sp?) is ok... xx

Just want to say a massive thanks to Kat for a beautiful cut, colour and blow dry last weekend! I wasn't fully sure of whether what I wanted to have done would suit me and she did a wonderful job - really listening to what I wanted and giving advice on what would work with my face shape and complexion. I felt like she really cared about how it turned out and that the style would suit me. She was also really friendly and made the three hour appointment fly by! Barry Alan is by far the best salon I've been to in Norwich as a whole and I'd absolutely recommend trying it if you haven't - you'll almost certainly be a convert after the first visit �

I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Whether it's for a blow dry, festival plaits or a classic cut, I am always so pleased! Everyone is so friendly and it doesn't matter who you have - they all put in 100% and are super talented.

I really like that they listen to what you want and then tweak it to suit your hair. Always happy with my haircuts and get lots of compliments on it. The way it is cut to suit your hair makes it so easy to maintain the style at home as well, just falls into place and hardly need any styling. Highly recommend.

I have never had so many compliments on my hair since Barry started styling it. Lovely friendly salon, great service and always feels like a real treat. Thank you for giving me the chop!

Initially I went for a blow dry but after chatting to one of the stylists (Katherine!) about my hair I decided to book in for a colour and the rest is history. I get very restless at hairdressers but the continued consultations and care taken in my hair keeps me returning.



Incredibly skilled colourists, innovative cuts and great friendly chat.



They also do great blowdrys, braids and updos �

I had the pleasure of meeting Barry today for a consultation about a conditioning keratin treatment, he really took the time to explain everything, no hard sell or pushing products I actually learnt a lot about how to deal with curles and frizz and brought a lovely new conditioning moose! I’m going back for a ‘magic on’ treatment and blow dry as advised by him, lovely salon in a lovely part of norwich! Can’t wait to go back, thanks Barry for answering all my questions xx

I had my hair done yesterday and absolutely love it! Left the salon feeling amazing, love my hair!! And the service was great, would highly recommend �

I don't like getting my hair cut normally, but today I thought I would treat myself as it was my birthday. I was given a lovely warm welcome by Frank, who made me a nice cup of tea.x. Barry did an amazing job, his passion for what he does oozes from him, felt totally pampered, had a great conversation, more importantly I absolutely love my hair, you certainly get what you pay for, thank you so much!

I cannot rate this place highly enough!! I've been coming here for donkey's years, I've had every length cut under the sun, gone through all sorts of shades and had the expertise from Barry to Katherine to Frank and so on.



My latest style, achieved by the wonderful Katherine and Katie is such a delicious colour and I could not be happier with it!

Had an entire new style and colour yesterday... left it all in the hands of Barry... so glad I trusted his judgement have been complimented all day!

Going for my first hair cut in - well, for ever - I was a little apprehensive when I made the appointment. But Barry understood exactly what I wanted (and also what I needed!) - and gave me the most amazing cut and blow dry - and I'm absolutely thrilled. And I feel so much better all round, knowing my hair looks the best it's ever done - such a boost to my confidence. So, thank you so very very much, Barry!

Barry - thank you for doing my hair again today - I LOVE it! You are the only hair salon I know to 'celebrate' my curls rather than try to straighten them out - and I love you guys for it! Thank you so much - see you all in September!
