chapelfield customer service was really poor. super slow and was waiting a very long time. I asked if they provided salted caramel milkshakes (since I wasn't sure if it were done w the ice cream) and got looked at as if I were stupid and the girl laughed at me and said no. thought it was very rude and felt uncomfortable . also since I'm dyspraxic it's easy for me to understand things, on the board it said "vanilla-Oreo" so I assumed it meant it was both vanilla and Oreo, instead (again) when I asked I got laughed at by another member of staff and said it's either/or which I though wasn't fair considering it's pretty easy to misread. ended up getting the Oreo one and it tastes good but it wasn't worth the wait and the horrible staff that is hired . don't think I'll come back

No taste to the Americano nor the Iced tea. Tables were clean though.

The staff are very rude and they act like little children in a playground, my muffin was burnt and unedable so I took it back, the next was just as bad in the end they threw me a muffin that I didn’t want and said that I was a stupid person and didn’t know how to cook.

The table was in apauling state trays from about 4 other tables as there was 4 trays on it, when it was cleared only to find a snotty baby wipe underneath. Never again will I be going there, in my opinion the staff need to be sacked or a new manager is in need now.

Never had such poor service anywhere for coffee! Does anybody who works there actually know how to make a cup of coffee? Honestly like you've hired a bunch of chimps, no one has a clue what's going on, flapping around in a panic flailing arms when there more than 2 people ordered! Also found manager being very rude to every customer in front of me in the queue and myself! Expected better from a chain where all you do is coffees and stick a tray of muffins in every now and then for show.. Do I want a card to stamp? No way � pathetic excuse for a coffee shop
