Visited today. Very comfy seating. One let down the tables were not being cleaned off. They had 3 staff so surely they could take in turns to do this.

Visited Tues 4th July first time. Lovely coffee and delicious scone. Smiling happy staff And approachable. Lovely bright decor. Definitely recommend and my favourite at Freeport now! Well done I will be back x

The staff are very friendly and they have good deaf awareness. I am deaf myself. They have been understanding and knew how to communicate with me. A big � up �

Nearly didn't go in as not sure what it was like but so glad i did. Chicken fajita was delicious, took advantage of the deal which included a muffin for £1, so glad I did it was gorgeous really light and great flavour. Excellent customer service, slight mix up over my drink, staff couldn't apologise enough, upgraded my drink to a large one and gave me 2 vouchers for free drinks. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Lovely muffins and place. Wondering what you do with the muffins as it says you don't keep them overnight. Hope they aren't thrown away as that's wasteful.

Lovely cafe. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is good and reasonably priced, and their muffins are all freshly made. I love their Latte Coffee more than Costa. Well worth a visit �

Love bb's, always loved the one in the intu potteries but this is much closer. Fab friendly staff, delicious food and the muffins are to die for. My son loves the ham and cheese croissants and the chocolate brownies x

Visited here on Sunday 18th June and first impressions, lovely big place plenty of seating!! However every table other than 1 had dirty cups etc on them!! so I would more staff may be needed however I have to say I had the best muffin ever here!! It was the orange and lemon one and it was so light and fluffy and the flavour was lovely!! Smoothies were also lovely!!! Would definitely visit again for a different muffin to try!! Need to get the issue with the cleaning of tables sorted though!!

The place and food standard is very good. The only thing that concerned me was the tables were not being cleared off. And this to me is a must in a cafeteria with a busy turn over of customers. Apart from that irritation I would say to people this is a nice place in a nice spot.

Hopefully the next time we call there I won't be witness to uncleared tables again. Come on girls get it together please.

Love the muffins here. Even better today as they had just come out of the oven. Disappointed with toasted sandwiches as only toasted on one side! Would like to see a better choice of adult cold drinks!

Absolutely delicious muffins and coffee. So tasty in fact, we bought four more and had them boxed to bring home to share with our friends.

The staff were very pleasant even though they were incredibly busy. They were under a lot of pressure and were finding it difficult to serve the customers,clear the tables and sweep the floor where untidy customers had dropped crumbs. Consequently we had to clear our own table before we could sit down.

The coffee was good we had chicken bbq melt roll it didn't say it had peppers on it as I don't like raw peppers I wasnt 'amused I scraped them off which didn't leave much it was ok but overpriced my friend said the muffins are good but I didn't try one

Came here today with mum and auntie for lunch, my mum had the tuna melt wrap which was nice and my auntie and I both had tuna baguettes which were very tasty but we opened them up to push the tuna back in to find that it was not even half full. You could tell that they had purposely put the tuna on the edge to make it looked stuffed. Flat white wasn't anything special and was bitter. Muffins were ok.. a bit claggy .. to end on a good note the decor was nice and staff were chirpy and friendly..

Ordered a 'victoria sponge' muffin. Why on earth does it taste of almond? I hate almond!!!!

That's my Saturday treat ruined!
