Bedford Parkrun

We are hoping to hold bonus parkruns at 10.30am on Christmas Day and New Year's Day this year (a little bit later to allow Great Denham to take the 9am slot and for people to run both if they'd like). BUT.... we can't do this without volunteers to man the essential roles. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP via bedfordhelpers@parkrun.com if you can help. We'll decide in the next few weeks whether we have enough support to make this happen. Thanks.

Hello everyone! We still need a tail walker for this Saturday. It's a mandatory requirement from parkrun HQ, so it's essential we get one, or there'll be no parkrun at Bedford Park tomorrow. We have some quite simply awesome volunteering roles left for this Saturday's parkrun. First timers briefing allows you give those first time runners a full run down of what to do and expect at Bedford parkrun, and then you can run yourself! See? Awesome. We also have Tail Walker so you can still enjoy the delights of Bedford park, and Token Giver Outer (technical term) and Barcode Scanning. If you happen to be one of those racing snake types you can run and then be a Giver Outer or a Scanner. Double Awesome. Picture illustrates an awesome dog. Not included in volunteering.
