Thursday night training sessions on the Astro at Polhill campus 💪🏈 8pm start, get there early if you need to borrow kit. No experience needed. Bring trainers and water!

Great session today, Featured Qb James Phillips slinging the ball around. NFL championship games tonight. Training times Tuesday 8-9pm Core Performance CrossFit; Thursday 8-10pm on the Astro and Sunday 11.30-3pm on the grass.

Classroom session done, time to hit the field 💪🏈

Training on Sunday 11.30 to 12.30 in the classroom then 1-3 on the field with the Ouse Valley Eagles as we prepare to play with them in the summer season. 💪🏈 Bring water, gum shield, football boots and a friend. All kit provided.

New year, new practice times. In 2018 we're ramping up the training with the Ouse Valley Eagles by joining them on their Sunday sessions as well. It will be our first session with the kit on so arrive at 12.30 to get some equipment sorted. Bedford Campus on the Rugby pitches. Bring a gum shield and water. 🏈

Luton students: If you're interested in trying american football out our partner team the Ouse Valley Eagles are having a taster session in Luton tomorrow which is open to students interested in playing for the University team as well. Make sure you're there!

Sunday training has been cancelled tomorrow (22nd), rest up players and come ready to learn in Thursday at 8pm on the Astro.
For those still looking for a NFL fix, go down to The Hub where they'll be showing NFL Redzone from 6pm

Just a reminder to everybody that Thursdays will now be mixed training sessions with the senior team to focus on American football fundamentals! The session will run from 8-10 (NOT from 7!)
Come down, have some fun and start learning to play some specific positions!
