And so it begins!
Junior Squash event has been underway since 9am this morning, and tennis finals have just started....
Its going to be a busy day!

The bunting is up and the sun is shining! The club is getting ready for a busy busy weekend!!
Saturday sees the highlight of the Club's Tennis year with Finals Day, we are proud to be hosting a Junior Silver Squash event on both Saturday and Sunday and England take on Panama in the World Cup with kick off @ 1pm on Sunday!!
Claire & Graham will be hosting a Food & Drink Village on Saturday
... * Daytime: BBQ, salads, shawarma wraps, sweet treats, craft ales and gin, Pimms and Fizz. * Evening: Thai Curry, Mojitos & Music.

This Saturday sees the highlight of the Club Tennis Calendar.... its Finals Day!!
Why not pop along and enjoy some top class tennis?

Don't forget, England kick off their World Cup campaign this evening @ 7pm.
Why not come down to the club to watch the game? Food is being served from 6.30pm - 8pm

Saturday June 9th saw the club host the annual John Cheshire memorial doubles tournament.
A turn out of 20 people ensured a good afternoon ahead. After a tightly fought tournament followed by an even tighter final Katie Malliff and Mike Hawkes narrowly defeated Mark Shattock and Vincent Boreham.
John’s wife Betty was the guest of honour and presented the trophy to the winners. John’s son Pete sent a message that was read out by Richard Carr and everyone raised a glass to J...ohn.
Thank you to everyone who participated. A sum of £305 was raised and will be passed on the Hospice of St Francis.
Look forward to seeing you all there next year!!
