Once again we are returning to the beautiful yoga retreat of Angel Gardens in the glorious Antalaya region of Turkey
This retreat will be mid Summer and will cover the Summer Solstice where we will have a special morning ceremony to welcome the sun and a closing firepit ceremony to close the day.
This retreat will be the 6th time that we have returned to this magical retreat, there will be 14 spaces available.
... The retreat will include:
All Yoga on the Yoga platform, in the Yoga Shala and in the Haman All meals, a pre yoga breakfast, post yoga lunch and Dinner, all meals are vegitarian.
Exclusive use of the retreat for our group which includes Swimming pool, Haman, tree houses and extensive gardens.
Accomodation is either single or shared fully equiped huts within these beautiful grounds.
The cost for this retreat is from £555.00, shared accomodation, early bird price available until end of 2018.

New Year Retreat Day in Marsworth
Saturday 12th January 2019
The first few weeks of the year is a wonderful time to refocus and re-energise your yoga practice and eating habits, bringing in a positive transformational energy and setting your intentions for the year to come.
... Sofie and Sally are teaming up again to bring you the perfect new year retreat day, full of yoga, food advice and wonderful homemade meals, and of course one of Sofies wonderful home made healthy cakes to send you on your way.
What to expect:
Start the day with a gentle warming yoga session, concluding with a Yoga Nidra session to balance and deeply relax you.
Followed by a informative discussion on how to get your new year eating off to a healthy start
Sofie will then give a food demonstration on some quick and healthy recipies.
A three course lunch freshly prepared by Sofie using locally sourced, seasonal food.
A restorative Yoga session - a wonderful practice to really let go.
Finish the day with Sofies home made cake and a cup of tea before leaving feeling wonderful in everyway.
Everyone is welcome on this day retreat it is for novice yogis and cooks to the more experienced.
