We've renovated one of the best fish n chip restaurants in the UK! During a cold February we completely stripped and refurbished Frenchs in three weeks. Working closely with their great staff and we couldn't be more delighted with the finish.
The food is absolutely amazing here so make sure you head there it will be well worth it!

One of the teams favourite projects of 2017 has finally been photographed, we really enjoyed working closely with the lovely clients here to design then renovate and extend their home.

Would like to say a massive thankyou to everyone from Bespoke who helped grant our wishes and transform our kitchen into a wonderful open space. It was no easy task as we,re sure a lot of "the men" would agree, but from start to finish it has gone well with amazing results.

Working with Bespoke Norfolk has turned my once dream into something real! I had some ideas on what I wanted, but found it difficult to tie the ideas together. I had meetings with various other building companies to discuss what was to be my project of a lifetime but was left feeling underwhelmed.

From the first meeting with Stuart and his architect of choice it was clear just how much enthusiasm, vision and competence these guys possess. I was so impressed with the ideas that I took the bold step to give Stuart full poetic license for the rear elevation of my property. I can say that was the best decision I have ever made! What has been created has far exceeded even my own high expectations. I really do have to still pinch myself when looking at this place, it's now something I have immense pride in.

I work away offshore and what was important was that I had a stress free build. I needed a company running the project with their finger on the pulse at all times. It ran like clockwork, you need not have sleepless nights with these guys in charge, every detail was taken care of and I was informed at every step of the way. My girlfriend actually lived in the existing house whilst this work took place, I was really impressed with how they catered to this by planning work to allow her to live as normal as possible. Perhaps the most impressive element of the project, timescales, the time in which it took to complete this large high spec build was pretty remarkable, and the weather was not on our side at the start.

For all my future projects there's no question, Bespoke Norfolk will be the company I choose. For anyone who may have reservations or doubts about their own build which they have in mind, I would say pick up the phone and arrange a meeting. Allow the professionals at Bespoke to turn those reservations into excitement when you then realise what is really possible when you have the right people on board!

Their quote was easy to read and understand. And they were very competitive on the costs. Tom was really helpful giving us cost scenarios for different options and Carl, with his spreadsheet tracking costs, was completely reassuring.

All of the trades people were professional and very respectful of our home and the comings and goings of family life. We are thankful to all of them, including Dan and the brickies, Arik the plasterer , Colin the tiler, Bertie the plumber and Dave and Glen the decorators to name a few.

Being onsite daily was useful and having Scot as a project manager to check in with was great. However we really do have to thank Stuart for his constant attention and his fantastic design ideas which really did transform a couple of key rooms.

Yes we did run over timings by a couple of weeks but this was really because we asked for a few extra things to be done and... we struggled to decide on what tiles to have!! But if that was the most memorable frustration, then we are very happy!

We were very pleased with the work completed by Bespoke. Not an easy brief for them, with tight deadlines and ever moving goalposts. I'm still sane and we're ready for our guests. They provide a full bespoke service, good management and solutions to problems. We have other work and will be coming back! Thankyou.

I’d seen some of the posts here on FB of the work Bespoke had carried out and asked them round for a chat about doing our bathroom and also a potential loft conversion. In July 2017 Bespoke started work combining our bathroom and toilet into a fabulous large bathroom with luxury shower. The work was carried out to a high standard and that gave us the confidence to ask them to convert our loft.

In sept 2017 Bespoke started work on the loft, building us a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Craig and especially Tom led the work and took any worries out of our hands. The work was estimated to last until christmas but in fact they were ahead by nearly a month. All the tradesmen that came to our house were polite and pleasant to have around, they all worked very hard and we were surprised at how much they got done in a day.

I would definitely recommend Bespoke Norfolk if a quality job and friendly work force is what you are looking for.

Was told to expect our quote within a couple of weeks, that was at the start of August. Was so excited to see what work they would be able to do and now so disappointed that we haven't received anything, we've called and emailed asking how it's going about 4/5 times and either get nothing back or told that we will get a call the next day to which we then hear nothing. Would always worry me now as to how well the work would be completed to deadline if they aren't able to provide a quote when they say they will!
