Gutted ,usually great service and phoned when there but tonight we phoned after being told 45 mins and we were told they were there 30ins before and left us

Bestways - you have a Norfolk County Council school contract but you fail to get children to school on time. I was late for work 3 times last week due to waiting for you to collect my child and now today (Monday) at 8.53am you are still not here! My child starts school at 9am so we are all going to be late again�and you are not even answering the phone! This is extremely poor service!
Prices are extortionate!! £7 for a 3 minute journey!!! Driver didn't like being questioned but can't see how it's justified charging those prices, youve lost a customer
