But the gym is kitted out with amazing hammer strength equipment. This will easy be one of Newcastle’s top places to train now. And if that’s not enough a Gym cafe inside will be opening up soon.

Just been down for a trial run and look around. Brilliant gym great equipment unique leg machines and back machines all hammer strength style. Everything you could possibly need. Defo recommend.

Joined up Friday the first day it opened. Very friendly staff I enjoyed my first session. It still was “ under construction” but didn’t take away anything from the amazing set up. It has custom hardcore machines, no crappy generic gym kit. Plenty squat racks, really unique squatting machines, glute ham raise machine (rare in uk) lots of back machines. Opens 6am. £30 pm not bad at all. They had a cross fit class on in the morning so if your into that then get yourself along it’s a good set up. Just off norham road North Shields good location
