Our son has recently started Karate and we've all been so impressed with Richard, Maisie and all of the team. There's a very relaxed, yet professional atmosphere at classes, and as a result Freddy seems able to develop naturally and competently. He's made some new friends too.
We cant rate them highly enough.

My son has been attending classes in Harleston for nearly a year. He really enjoys the sessions and has achieved his first three belts. The classes are well structured and varied, keeping pupils active and safe.

Fabulous club with highly experienced instructors. I've trained at the club in kickboxing and karate covering 15 years, my two sons train too and its taught them a lot about discipline and respect. A very professional, friendly place for the individual, friends and family

My son has been attending Black Belt Academy for the past 6 months and absolutely loves it. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere meant he felt completely at home from day one which has enabled him to progress though the grades quickly. I love the core values of the school and how these re enforce what we are teaching him at home. My son has been having karate lessons for six months and has really enjoyed the classes. His fitness, ability and confidence is improving and he's enjoying telling his school friends about his lessons and belt gradings. The instructors are very friendly and supportive, and all the other students make for a calm and fun environment.

Something most of us old timers already believed, I’d say!

We're excited to add the Pulham Primary School Summer Fayre to our calendar for 2019! We'll be performing a demonstration at the fayre, as well as handing out information about our classes in Diss and Harleston. If you're free on Saturday 13th July and fancy coming along to help out, please do! The more the merrier.

Just a reminder that 'Circuit Training' has been moved from the first Thursday of each month at 7pm to the first Monday of each month at 6-30pm. There is an exception this month as the first Monday is a bank holiday, the circuit session will be on Monday 13th .
