A great day of cricket at Blyth today. We even found some blue sky despite the dire weather forecast. Friendly match between our new Women’s Team & our hardball juniors. Well done to all who took part. Thanks to Jemima & Malcolm for all their hard work.

Great friendly game against North Wheatley today to kick off the season for the seniors. Lovely weather (if a bit chilly at times!) and great guys from North Wheatley, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Junior training got off to a good start yesterday as well with some well known regulars and plenty of new faces.

Senior pre season indoor nets start on Saturday 12th January 10.00 to 12.00 for 8 weeks through to Saturday 2nd March at Welbeck CC (John Fretwell Centre NG19 8LL).
This year, alongside the usual senior team practice nets we shall be running development training. We encourage young & inexperienced players (aged 13 & upwards) hoping to transition to senior cricket this season, to come along. We also hope to see members of our newly formed womens team at these sessions.
We loo...k forward to seeing players from last season returning along with hopefully a few new faces.
