Body Blitz Berkhamsted Description
Body Blitz is a 30 minute high intensity interval training class (HIIT) held in Berkhamsted. Classes during the week daytime are Metafit and Saturdays are HIIT with kettlebells and boxing gloves and pads.
HIIT is an intense, bodyweight only workout, which will burn fat long after you've finished!
If you want to come along to the class with your baby in the pram /buggy or with young children please feel free to bring them. It's only half an hour so not too long for them to wait and we stay in the skate park /on the grass for the whole time so they can run around.
Metafit is Monday and Friday morning 8. 15am-8. 45am & 9am-9. 30am. Plus Monday & Thursday evening 7. 30pm-8pm. Saturday HIIT is on Zoom 9am-9. 30am.
All classe are £6 per class or pay £20 up front for 4 sessions to be used within 2 months.
All daytime classes are held on the grass opposite Canal Fields playground. There is a car park right by where we meet where you can park free for 4 hours.
