I’ve joined in March. I can’t forget my first class, I couldn’t walk for 2 days�abs&cardio with Hannah!She is amazing! I really enjoy boxing classes�� with Adam!His encouragement makes you feel good and proud of yourself!!Thank you!!

It's coming up to 2 years since I first started going to Bootcamp - and I still look forward to, and enjoy the variety of exercises that Adam (and Hannah) incorporate into the different sessions. Starting at this time of year I was uncertain about exercising outdoors, but actually that's one of the things I really like - even when the weather isn't great there's something satisfying about exercising yourself warm! It's definitely hard work, but the sense of satisfaction at the end of a session is huge!



I've never exercised with such a friendly group of people - definitely no posers just lots of like-minded, friendly and encouraging people who I look forward to seeing at classes. Adam is a really encouraging trainer who works with each person to enable them to work around any physical limitations so that everyone gets the most from their sessions- all in all a great way to get/ keep fit, and to meet some fabulous people too - if you're considering trying the classes I'd say go for it - with the free trial, what have you got to lose ( in my case, the answer was several inches from my waist�!!)

I've been going running or to the gym, on and off, for last 20yrs - getting bored every few months and giving up. I started Bootcamp a year ago and it's the only form of exercise I have actually stuck to (come sun, wind, rain, hail or snow!!).

I joined in February, it's hard work but the sessions are fun and so worth it, I feel like I have done a workout and much fitter. I love the encouragements and support from the trainer Adam and everyone is so friendly.

I joined bodychangers in February and instantly loved everything about the sessions you work hard but feel amazing afterward all while being alongside amazing people! The variety is awesome but bootcamp and boxhiit are my personal favourites! Thanks Adam and Kerrie! 🙌🏻💪🥊

I heard of Body Changers through a school friend (Mum). I wanted to loose weight and get fit. Adam has the natural ability to put you at ease and make an hour of training to go fast! My fitness level is the best it’s been since I had children and my body has changed shape. Lovely group of people at each session and just the right level of instruction when I’m slacking! Five stars!

Have just joined body changers after seeing a video on Facebook. So glad I did, Adam & the lovely ladies were welcoming and kept me motivated already looking forward to the next boot camp class this week.

Great - been coming since May. Love being out in the fresh air, no mirrors, no music, lovely bunch of people. Gardening gloves very handy!

Felt very welcoming, nice group of people. Training/exercises very challenging BUT enjoyable. The sessions motivate you to want to achieve your goals whether it be weight loss or general fitness..recommend to anyone

Boot Camp for Aunty Vilma is a Joy for me. I am disabled presently , but I will be back. It is the love of my life .
