I went with a part of former work colleagues to say goodbye to two moving on to pastures new.

I am not a fan of buffet restaurants but Bon Pan was brilliant. All the food is tried was fresh and hot. It was all brilliantly cooked.

That good in fact that I had no room for desserts.

I will definitely be back again

I really enjoy the food only problem iv found is both times iv requested we are sat near food has I'm disabled and struggle walking the guy did sort out but it was not put on booking that's the second time but fab food and very clean

Absolutely fantastic. So much choice. And everything we. had to eat. was delicious...great staff so friendly... usually. go in the day but Saturday night a little more on the cost. But worth every penny....just love this place .....

Third visit yesterday for Mother's Day, was there last week for husband's birthday with kids. Guess, my children thoroughly enjoyed the experience hence the surprise. We all enjoyed it as a family, quite spoilt for choice, ambiance is good, reasonably priced and friendly staff too! All the very best! You need to be ravenous when you visit the restaurant to try all the scrumptious food! 😀 x

I am impressed with the restaurant the staff were very friendly and polite. I loved the fact all the foods were labelled. However as sushi is mainly gluten free I would suggest you get gluten free soy sauce!

As a vegetarian who dislikes any kind of spicy food (which rules out most foreign foods)I am always nervous when going to places with no menu. I never eat at non english/american restaurants, this time I had to go as it was my nephew's bday choice.

I was pleased that there was some vegetarian options so that I could eat plain.

Pizzas, chips, spring rolls, onion rings, hash browns, breaded mushrooms, veggie sushi, stir fry..choose your own ingredients and he cooks it in front of you, salad bar, pastas and vegetables.

I would have liked to have seen some mashed potatoes and a vegie pastry option where the calvery section was but I was able to eat plenty.



The deserts were amazing. If I could have ate more I would.



Booked for 10 and were sat straight away in our own little room almost, tasteful restaurant, clean, very hands on helpful staff. The food never went low, always plenty. The staff brought out a bday cake and sang. Nice touch.

Not cheap but it is all you can eat. Everything included except drinks.

I would not be nervous about revisiting again.

Very crowded and noisy, which is what you would expect from a big, successful restaurant. Lots of choice but it is self service and consequently some of the food may be cold due to staff having to replenish. Did not like the sign - vacate your table by 8.30 but understandable due to people waiting for a table. Expensive but not if you are a gannet. Can be a cold place too. Would go again but in a party and not as a couple.

I took my two great nieces aged 7 & 9 on Saturday evening ... they love this restaurant as they can go around and order their own food, watch it being cooked, and just take the amount they want. They try food they haven’t had before as they can take ‘samples’ first ... then go back for more if they like it ... so for them it’s a lovely experience. BUT it’s not somewhere I would go with a group of Adults only for a meal ... it’s not necessarily the quality of the food it’s the whole ambiance ... noisy, loud, chaotic ... so not for me.

Great selection of food, but some dry and some greasy. Desserts were the highlight with so much choice.

The decor and ambience caused me to give only 3 stars. we were seated next to some large parties who were very noisy. .Lighting was also too bright and light fittings were dirty. Tables showed signs of wear and although not open all that long it could do with some refurbishment. Not a patch on Buffet Island for quality. Sorry, I will not be going back

Disappointing visit to Bon Pan last night. Been before and enjoyed it, but last night felt very ripped off. Charged full price for 2 people at 8.30pm but what they didnt tell us was the food containers were not being refilled and pretty much scraps was left. I wasn't able to make a meal from the bits that were left and most was very dry or not warm. I advised a waitress but clearly the focus was on going home. £30 with a drink for scraps is not acceptable. Will vote with my feet and stay away.

Dear Bon Pan Asian, what is the point of booking a table at 12:30 for a birthday meal to be told to queue with everyone else outside regardless? Girls at the door have no customer service skills whatsoever. Sort yourselves out please!

used to love this place, last couple of times have been so bad. SUM UP of my last visit: not even few minutes after we had gotten our first plates (clearly not close finished) our waitress katy was just rude and insistant on pestering us and ask if we were finished when plates are clearly still being used, this continued throughout our sitting, making us all feel rather rushed as we'd literally only just started. i could see it was busy but trying to rush us out almost immediately was rather extreme especially considering we'd just payed 63 pounds for the family.



then again this passed weekend same rude staff all working all waiting like vultures to usher people out before they've even close to closed sweeping under the table where I'm sitting at. pathetic, won't be back

Worst experience don't get me wrong the staff are polite and welcoming but when it comes to the owner/Manager I make him aware that I've had food poisoning from this place been in and out of doctors because of this and up hostipal and all he can say is that will get a full refund the attitude of this person is disgusting and very unprofessional I've made him aware that food standards agency and other people will be coming he does not care in the world DO NOT EAT here at all

The assistant manager needs to be sacked I don’t think he has any people skills what’s so ever I was verbally abused and shouted at me and friend and then he then came up to my face outside the restaurant he actually followed me and my mate . Back into the main part of the center I did want to speak to general manager . But I was fobbed of back to him .

I've been Out of hospital for a week

Went into bon pan and asked if I could have a children's portion because I've had abdominal surgery, I was refused after waiting for all the staff to make up their minds if I was fit enough or not. Never going back

I haven't been however, my entire family are there right now. I didn't feel able to go as dispite being in contact with the restaurant all week, I have not been able to find out what options they have are suitable for vegans.



I went into the restaurant last weekend to pay the deposit and asked if I could see the allegen list. I was offered to go and look at the food. While lunch guests were dining. I wasn't sure what this would achieve.



I decided to check the website instead. Walking around a busy restaurant at 1pm on a Saturday staring at the food trying to figure out what was suitable didn't appeal to me. No allegen menu on the website.



I dropped them a Facebook message asking for an electronic copy. Was told they don't have one. Explained the situation. Was told I'd have to book and on arrival, would be able to explore the allegen lists and tally up against the food on the buffet.



I can't speak for everyone but I like to be able to catch up with my fellow patriots when I go out for a meal. As a vegan, research has become part of my going-out routine now however, I am absolutely disgusted with the options available to me here.



For all I know, I could have turned up intending to pay my £16 to find the only sfv item on the menu was salad.

First time here..

Place was too loud and full of kids...

Food wasn't great, the duck was dry, sweet n sour chicken was hard..

The service from the staff was rude... I was still eating and was just drinking my juice and they came and took my plate away.. I had to stop them... this was the common theme all the time we were there....at one point I had to say excuse me..I'm still eating...... Wouldn't go back...

Eaten here plenty of times, last night was a joke, no organisation, staff didn’t have a clue what was going on, booked a table for 530, didn’t get on the table until 45mins later 6:15,

Having to stand outside waiting before the doors opened, why the hell take bookings for 530 when your only open at 530!

Was full of children rushing about bumping in to you, spilt food down myself & a child as it was that busy with uncontrollable kids

The whole visit was ruined by bad organisation, staff wasn’t exactly helpful, some of the staff are ignorant and rude

Chocolate fountain was more like chocolate milkshake water, desserts was bland and tasteless, Icecream had melted by the time I got back to the table is that hot in the restaurant, que for the bar takes about 20mins to get a drink,

Been Here about 20 times over the past 2 years and as it was a bank holiday weekend I booked a table well in advance for Saturday at 5:30PM. Called the restaurant at 4pm to advise I was possibly running late and would it be possible change the time to 6pm. Was told not possible, they are fully booked which to be honest I expected. Raced down as quick as possible and got there early. Arrived at 1725, queued up u 18:15, no explanation provided as to why when we had a table booked for 17:30 we were still queuing up. We were then rushed to out seats and told (via a note on the table) that we had to be off the table at 19:30.



By the time we had queued for drinks and took them back to the table it was 18:35 which gave us 55 minutes to eat when your supposed to get a two hour slot. Place was boiling hot to the point it was uncomfortable. Really disappointed with this visit it was one of my favourite places to dine but last night was disappointing.
