We had my son 6th birthday today and it was fantastic for all the ages and children were totally entertained,Thanks to spiderman dropping in for a very long bounce. Nothing was too much trouble and all the team were happy to help me out. Totally recommend.

Such an amazing time at tramp2lean taking my younger brothers! Staff are amazing and very welcoming and polite, such a safe and fun environment, will deffo be coming again and would recommend this place to anyone’┐Į’┐Į

My little girl had her birthday party here and it was great fun for everyone! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the party room was set up ready to use when we arrived! Great value for money if you want lots of fun with minimal effort on the parents part!!

Lovely clean, comfortable and welcoming place. Perfect for little ones to bounce until their hearts are content with no restrictions on times (on quiet days). If you aren't bouncing wrap up warm. It's a perfect temperature for little bouncers but not if you are sitting watching! I wasn't complaining though with having free coffee on tap to warm me up and having the odd bounce myself! Toilets were very comfortable. Good selection of food although not many healthy options. Great value for money. We will be regular visitors!

Just gotten back from one of their fitness sessions and had an absolute blast, really good instructor motivated everyone to keep going, but to know your limits, upbeat music and I feel fantastic! (although don't ask me tomorrow how I feel as I'm probably gonna ache ’┐Į) definitely will be back again!

I took my niece and we had a fab time. ItŌĆÖs clean, bright and the children love it, and a nice free cup or tea as well. Well worth a visit, IŌĆÖm going to go again and have booked my sons 5th birthday party there ­¤śü

I took my 19month grandaughter for the first time and I was very impressed staff where polite and helpful, place was clean and price was very reasonable defo would visit again as we all had a great time ’┐Į

Had a great time at the fitness class Thursday night! Such a fun way to work out as the lights are turned off the disco lights are turned on along with fun music to get you moving. Lots of people of all shapes and sizes. Instructor was amazing and extremely motivational. Will definitely be attending every Thursday as it is such a fun way to work out. ’┐Į

Went today for the first time with my 3 yr old son, fab price for several hours bouncing about, we took our own lunch but the little shop seemed well stocked and not over priced. However the group of people coming in from the other warehouses to use the little shop seemed a little unsettling. The toilets could of done with a mid day clean but not overly dirty. The one big concern I did have was the fire exit door near the soft play area was behind a barred door that was padlocked! However we had a fab day here with friends and will return :)

We had a fab time at our sons superhero party, the staff and manager where all very helpful and keen to ensure we had a great time, we will be booking our daughter party at tramp2lean soon as the parents had just as much fun as the kids....only suggestion I have to improve the party is to have a long break between the party bookings so there isn't a cross over.....but the staffs happy and helpful manner made up for this....thank you guys x

Lovely little place, defo recommend it! I took my girls 9/6/2 they all had fun! Was nice to leave the girls to play on there own. Down side.. The main door has no lock or security in place so little ones could go out the door. The drinks and sweets are very reasonably priced. Will defo be going again. I would of given 5 stars if there was security on the main door as you do promote yourselfs as very toddler friendly. ’┐Į

Our little ones both under two had a great time running around bouncing on the trampolines I did feel abit annoyed on arriving to be told to use the trampolines I needed to pay out for grip socks at ┬Ż1.50 each for adult and children :)., i do agree with other comments the toilets were gross one was in an unusable state and the other one I had to refit the toilet seat to use it and clean up before I could allow my lo in the cubical with me :(, customer service needs a push as he barely spoke and was on his phone non stop :)

My children aged 2 & 5 love it here. But twice now we have been there first thing on a Sunday morning and the place is filthy! Floors not hoovered, bins not emptied and toilets not cleaned ’┐Į Such a shame because if the cleanliness was kept on top of it would be 5*

Whilst my daughter did enjoy bouncing on the trampolines, I find it absolutely disgraceful that you refuse tap water to refill a toddlers drink bottle. I was shocked to be told by your staff member ŌĆśIŌĆÖm not allowed toŌĆÖ when I asked - given the heat and fact that we had already purchased several drinks this is completely ridiculous! We will not be returning and will instead go to Bounce where staff are friendly and helpful!!

Had my childŌĆÖs birthday party there. Was disappointed with the staff (swearing under his breath when the children were doing something they shouldnŌĆÖt) Very unprofessional NOT child friendly. Such a shame as this place could be great if it had a refurb and the right owners!

Only hated it because it was absolutely freezing my little ones hands where like ice might as well have been out side on the trampolines Evan when bouncing could not warm up spoke to worker and she said u had loads of complaints about how cold it was. Also toilets where not nice and nothing to try hands on

I am really disappointed with tramp2lean we had booked for my daughter to have her birthday there we booked way back in February bearing in mind her birthday is September we not long ago attended a friend of hers birthday party they had there and was disgusted with the service given! The toilets were horrendous there was 1 toilet that all woman, men and kiddies to use we complained but they did nothing. The party was suppose to be an exclusive use for the party only this was not the case which was very disappointing for the parents of the child, when only the previous week were we made to wait outside in the rain because there was a party on talk about double standards. As you can imagine I no longer wanted my daughters party there so asked for a refund on my deposit as I am aware there is a no refund policy but in regulations with the law there should only be 5-10% taken tramp2lean took 70% of the total amount payable ! Me and my partner have contacted them on multiple occasions and have not had a response. We will not be holding her party there which in any case they will loose out and will not be returning again.
