I don't normally do reviews but we received AMAZING customer service at this Brewers Fayre tonight, by a young lady (the name on the receipt is Logan C) & felt she deserved to be recognised for this.

We've been to many Brewers Fayres (over the UK) and have received good customer service from most... but she went above & beyond.

She was very friendly & extremely helpful at all times. She saw that our niece (a grumpy & tired 3 year old) was having a strop & not eating her food - she asked if everything was ok & then went and got her a balloon (which she had even drawn a smiley face on!)

Please could you pass on a huge thank you to Logan for all she did tonight and ensure that her manger knows she is a star.

PS: The food was just as good as the service - it was one of the nicest Curry night meals we've had!

Good service, no hassle. Very extensive menu spoilt for choice and good portions.

Staying at the premier inn for the night, had a day out in London and arriving back in the evening looking forward to the 'chefs counter' meal only to be told they wasn't serving it that evening, was disappointed by this. Chose a meal from main menu and the food and service was good. Breakfast the following morning was fine, would visit again.

Nice place, I really like, food is good, also the manu have very good options, really pleasant place to expend a good time...

Went last night . Would go.again just for a drink but not for food . Ordered a sharing platter for me and my partner and a pudding for my daughter &was asked when order placed if we wanted it all to come out together which I said yes please. Our platter came out , most of it was nice , onion rings & garlic bread over cooked . I had to ask 2 separate members of staff for my daughter's pudding by which stage my partner and i had already finished our food . Was not impressed as we only popped down for a quick drink and snacking bites and ended up nearly 2 hrs by time partner got served with drinks and all our food came out . Just as well it was a nice sunny eve or id prob of left. Shame as it's closest pub to us but food isn't v good .

Well it’s difficult to know where to start. On celebrating my mums 88th birthday we decided to choose the airfield as was local to all the family. On arrival apart from asking if we wanted drinks we waited an hour from arrival to taking food orders. Eventually the food arrived, and disappointing it was I think the only meal that did not get a complaint was the lasagne, I wonder why! Not once were we asked how our meal was throughout the entire sitting. Did we want the dessert menu. Mmmmm lets take a chance. Well frozen waffles in the middle says it all. Poor management as no apologies were said. I had to call in at macdonals to satisfy my hunger. Well. They did ask for my review

The place is really nice staff were nice but the service was rubbish took over an hour for food to come didn't get the order right even though you order the food at the bar they still got it wrong and the chips were dry portions not big enough

The food was alright, beef was a little dry but vegetables were nice and hot and 10/10 for the hot plates but the service was very un-organised and was not told about the carvery, we had to call someone to order drinks, got up from table to ask someone about carvery to be told we needed a ticket!!! Our drinks arrived just as we finished eating. There seemed more staff than customers and were running around like headless chickens................

Food was lovely, once somebody actually bothered to take our order, and that was only because I actually called them over to do so. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We had a party of 11 & the service was pretty poor!! Waited ages for starters then came in dribs & drabs - then waited again ages for main meals to come !! Very disappointed & also had to ask for our free Prosecco

Took long to be served. We stood at the bar waiting where there were 5 members of staff chatting. It was only someone wearing the restaurant shirt told them “you have customers waiting” that someone came to us.

Not coming back again.

Popped in for a meal for a friend's birthday. Was told there's a 40 minute wait for a table but to go have a drink and we'll come and get you. After an hour we went back only to be told "sorry, we'd forgotten you" Nice eh. All 3 of us had rump, which wasn't too bad really. I did ask for steak knives which took ages as well as a glass of wine which took longer. Asked for the bill, didn't take long at all but it was wrong and the correct one took longer. They really need to sort themselves out. Service could be done better and faster with organisation. Won't be going back for some time. Hopefully by then they'll get some staff who know what they are doing or train the one's they have.

I said my daughter is so hungry, he then told me there was nothing he could do. Why could they not tell us this before ordering? When we said sorry we can't wait as our 3 year old was just too hungry, they had the cheek to tell us to pay for our drinks before we left, which we had not even touched ! We live 5 mins away and will never come again.

I ordered the curry but with chips instead of rice. The poppadum was dripping in grease, the naan bread was so tough I couldn't cut it with a knife. The chicken was tough as old boots. My husband had a burger which was full of grease to and the chips looked like they had been re-fried. It took them twenty minutes to get our bill sorted out.

We then went for breakfast as staying at Prem next door and OMG it was disgusting. Would not eat here ever again

Around 40 minute wait, food not to bad, service poor, could do with a lot of improvement

This place is a joke. Went there for a drink with Mrs to start our romantic evening. Waitress have spill a drink on me and seemed to not have a care in the world about it. I assume that this kind of accidents can happen to anyone, but the lack of interest from the waitress did bothered me. I will not go there any time soon as it wasn’t the first time something was far from right about staff and the service.

Oh my. So me and my husband came here with my very hungry daughter. Sat down ordered our starters and mains. 10 mins later, waiter came over saying food is going to be a long wait as a large table has just sat down. I said my daughter is so hungry, he then told me there was nothing he could do. Why could they not tell us this before ordering? When we said sorry we can't wait as our 3 year old was just too hungry, they had the cheek to tell us to pay for our drinks before we left, which we had not even touched ! We live 5 mins away and will never come again.

Never again. 1hr for dinner to arrive and what did arrive was definitely not worth the wait. Reheated chips that were inedible.

I ordered the curry but with chips instead of rice. The poppadum was dripping in grease, the naan bread was so tough I couldn't cut it with a knife. The chicken was tough as old boots. My husband had a burger which was full of grease to and the chips looked like they had been re-fried. It took them twenty minutes to get our bill sorted out.

We then went for breakfast as staying at Prem next door and OMG it was disgusting. Would not eat here ever again
