We are having our lunches in the garden in the lovely sunshine..and we haven’t compromised our hygiene standards with hand washing brought outdoors🧚‍♀️

The sun is out and we have been loving it! From learning solid to liquid, finding sensorial sea shells in water, to baking yummy mud cakes and some me time on top of the tower under the shade..it’s all happening in our child purpose built garden!

A proud moment today, when a parent told us that his daughter poured her own drink from the table at lunch time,in school and found it odd that other children were waiting for the staff to pour their drink. His daughter came to Bright Bambini Montessori Nursery last year and we are so happy to hear we are making a positive difference to our children not only in the moment; but for life!

So true..we are proud to be a complete Montessori setting

Our Forest School is up and running with Forest School Trained and Deputy Manager Willow, taking the Lead. If any of our parents are interested for children aged 3 years and over, please get in touch.😊

Ramadhan Kareem to all those who celebrate! We are marking Rhamadhan with our children as part of our EYFS curriculum; understanding the world around us (peoples and communities). Big thank you to our mummy who kindly brought sweetie bags as a treat! 🎉

Introducing Noun to our older children using a hands on Montessori approach. After speaking about what a noun is, they are looking for nouns in catalogues and making their very own Noun collage.Next we will introduce the Montessori symbol that represents a Noun in another fun hands on way! Learning can be fun ; using Montessori. We cater for up to ages 8 years.😊

Today was such a wonderful experience for our children. We spoke about fruits and spontaneously had an idea to visit our local fruit and veg. Stall to see the variations of fruit. The children were so good at naming them so we moved on to tricky vegetables too! We brought some back to our Nursery and enjoyed them in the garden and finished with a stroll to the local park! We are lucky to be so close to amenities and we take full advantage of them!😁 We would like to say a big thank you to our Lincoln road fruits stall for allowing us to explore and introducing many fruits and vegetables!

We are proud to confirm that we are the only Nursery in Peterborough who has a Registered Nurse and First Aid instructor as a Lead Manager. All our staff are now First Aid trained and all our staff have regular updates and in house training to ensure optimum health care is practiced alongside providing excellent Montessori education and childcare. We will not let the child led approach be compromised. The children are going to love our Montessori working cycle! The children wanted more time outdoors so we brought the class out to them this Summer🎉 We now have a brand new Montessori literacy and Maths area. Our nursery is committed to educating the child and aiming for every child to reach their academic potential.

Our Montessori Cycle is a time where all our children get to work. Play is the work of a child. As the child works in a well prepared environment they grow in problem solving, creativity, independence and confidence. Our Montessori resources are designed to allow a child to critically think and control own error. The environment itself becomes the child’s teacher, and the Teacher serves as a directress to the child. We love our Montessori ethos and atmosphere and we love to see how our children are leaving with the most important spark..the love of learning!😊
