Well done to our coach Sam. He has become the official Director of Combat for the GBSF. Voted in at this years AGM. Sam will be trying to introduce more Combat Savate to the UK.

What an awesome weekend of Savate!! A massive thank you to the GBSF for all their hard work at putting together, what was a fantastic National Championships. So many great fights and some amazing performances! Well done to everyone involved. Brighton Savate came home with 3 Gold medal national champions. And we took 2 Silver medals too. Not bad for our first attempt as a team at the Nationals!?! A wonderful day!

Some great photos from what was a fabulous weekend of Savate in Brighton! Thank you so much to everyone who came to the Seminar and the Open. Nationals next month and the London Open in June to look forward too now!!

What a wonderful weekend! Some amazing coaching at the Seminar from some awesome coaches, thank you Gabriel, Romain,Vincent, Amine and Nicole for all your efforts! And a fantastic first Brighton Savate Open on the Sunday. A great effort made by the Brighton team. And a massive thanks to Mr Nagi for being so great, James Southwood for all his fantastic efforts and energy and James Antil for his hard work too. A great day, and hopefully the first of many!! We also managed to raise £84.75 for our local charity The Dolphen House Clinic. So overall a wonderful weekend. Thank you all for coming!!

Only took one lesson to get me hooked into the style of this martial art. Love the footwork and speed drills! It has definitely made me lighter on my feet and improved my multiple kicking skills within certain combinations. Very interesting martial art if you want to also work on cardio!

I’ve been going to Brighton Savate for about six months - excellent classes, really supportive environment and beginners and more experienced fighters alike.

I just recently had the chance to train with the folks at Brighton Savate, and it was an amazing time. Sam is an excellent instructor and the class I attended was utterly fantastic with great people to train with, great drills, and great sparring. If you're looking for an awesome place to train French kickboxing and want a great work out, check these guys out!
