At Brook Cottage we welcome all families and aim to provide high quality care and education at all times. We are a small setting offering a warm and friendly family environment for a maximum of 20 children.

We care for children from six months old to 5 years old for 51 weeks of the year. We also provide before and after school care and full day care during school holidays for children from 4 years old to 10 years old.

We provide free funding for ALL 3-4 year old children and provide free funding for 2 year old children who meet the 2 year funding criteria (please ask for more information or to apply).

We are equipped with high quality and varied resources to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and are accredited as a ‘Communication Friendly Setting’ holding a level 4 Stoke Speaks Out award.

We have also been awarded the 'Eat Better Start Better' accreditation and the 'Oral Hygiene' award, promoting good tooth care, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.

We offer an inclusive environment where all children are valued and treated with equal respect and care. We believe in giving a loving and caring approach and for the children in our care to have fun as they learn.

We have a good sized playground with a variety of outdoor equipment. The outdoor area has a wooden decked section and the playground is covered with rubber play flooring for added safety. We have an outdoor sensory den, an outdoor 'mud kitchen' several play houses and a new 'boat' which provides a safe space for quieter play for less confident or very young children and babies.
