What a fantastic place! We took our 1 year old here today for the 1st time and were really impressed with the friendly staff, range of toys and amazing selection of dairy free food choices as our lil girl has a milk allergy! So nice to be able to give her a treat while we had a nice cuppa! Will certainly be returning � Xx

We've always loved bugs cafe, staff so friendly, food healthy and fresh and prices really fair. This was our first visit since the expansion and it was great my nearly 5 yr old twins had a whale of a time and did not get bored for the 3.5hrs we were there!! Great work bugs cafe xx

We love it at bugs cafe. My son has multiple allergies and there’s always plenty of choice for us. Usually go at least once a week! We also had my son’s birthday party there last year, and have booked again for this year.

We held my daughter's 4th birthday here on Sunday, the venue is fantastic great inside and outside space and penny is just wonderful made it all so easy which when it involves 15+ 4 year olds is what you want!They all had an amazing time thanks so much!

Visited for the first time today with my sister and 2.5 year old little boy, he absolutely loved it! So much to keep him entertained both indoors and out, and great food and drink selection. Thanks Bugs Play, looking forward to our next visit! x

Today we went for our first play at Bugs Play Cafe. We absolutely loved it, thank you for providing such a clean and friendly environment for our kiddies. We will definitely be back soon �

Penny is so caring and has an amazing vision, it’s so nice to go to a play place that serves healthy good food and has great coffee!! I have a 3 and a 1 year old who both love it.

Our first time here with a group of 3 adults and 7 children ranging in age from 3 months old to 5 years old. Perfect setting for all children to play safely inside and out and for the parents to play or spectate with a drink/lunch/snack. It's really nice that the food if made fresh & it is not fried food! Lovely & clean, fun had by all & reasonably priced too! All staff were friendly & helpful too. We will be back! x

My son had his 4th birthday party at Bugs yesterday, the children had such an amazing time. The indoor play area is awesome and the outdoor area is so well equipped with lovely toys, from a massive sand pit to ride on tractors plus much much more!

I would definitely recommend Bugs Cafe, the food is great, the staff are so attentive, an overall fantastic experience! Thank you for putting on a brilliant birthday party x

I visited Bugs yesterday with my 2 year old daughter, we had a great time and spent several hours there. The staff are very friendly and accomadating and there is a great selection of food and drinks, especially for little ones with healthy choices not always seen in other children's play areas. The soft play inside is great as it's safe and also parents can sit and enjoy a cup of tea whilst watching little ones run around, you can also join in with play. There is a separate section for the non walkers too which provides comfy sofas for the parents and a variety of toys for the children. Also idea if you have 2 children with different ages as you can safely watch both. Plenty of on site wellbeing facilities with change room but also small seats for those who are potty training. Further to this there is an outside fenced in play area with a large sand pit and Wendy house and ride on toys. There are also picnic benches so parents can sit and have a cup of tea and enjoy watch the little ones running around in a very safe environment. Would highly recommend a visit, a place where you can actually relax for 5 minutes rather than running around after your little one worrying if they are going to try and hurt themselves...we will be going again.

Finally somewhere that caters for babies / children with allergies!! So impressed with the choice of food and cakes available which are dairy and soya free! My little girl had a great time in the play area which was perfect for her age group! Thanks Bugs Cafe!

Every aspect of this soft play is 5* The staff, location, food, prices and facilities are amazing. My kids love it and we will always keep coming back here. ��

Delightful place and with no restriction on the time allowed on the equipment I feel it it terrific value for money. Very friendly staff, clean everywhere and good cakes! Perfect place for those of us on 'Granny duty' to take our little ones. A regular haunt for our family. Keep up the good work.
