very nice things, people and food. I bought a phew things and had some lunch with my mum. I also had fresh ground coffee which was really nice. it's a very interesting place and I am definitely going back.

Wonderful customer service! I've never left here unhappy or empty handed! The food is amazing and all the antiques are in great shape. I am very impressed with this business and the quality the give to each customer!

What a fabulous place I wanted it all. My partner had a full cooked breakfast and loved it. Well worth a visit - we drove 40 mins to get here and it was Def worth it!

We went here for the first time over the weekend, the place is lovely, gorgeous items and so much to see, the BARN KITCHENS were amazing! If you want to go somewhere a bit special and a bit different for a coffee, cake or a bite to eat this is the place to go! Will be taking my mum next time, the cake was heavenly and it was set in such a pretty courtyard garden too �

We love this place! There's always something interesting or gorgeous for the house or garden and it's great fun exploring. On top of that the food at the cafe is amazing! I can honestly recommend a visit but you will get addicted!

OMG we drive past this place all the time on our way to footie so hubby brought me here! It is an amazing place full of fabulous things and all the people who work here are friendly and welcoming! Only went for a look around and a cuppa and spent almost £100 and had a wonderful lunch in the cafe! The items are reasonably priced too i just couldnt help myself! Highly recommend it! you wander around by yourself no pushy sales staff following you around peerfect!

Delicious milkshakes with all the trimmings - a really gorgeous indulgent treat. Lovely food with super friendly and accommodating staff.



Huge amount of furnishings and decor to peruse whilst waiting for your food. All in settings which really help you to imagine the pieces in your own home. A real challenge was not to buy too much as it was all so well put together.



Great portion sizes, very filling and super tasty. Everyone loved their dish so pretty much the whole menu got the thumbs up! �

I went here a few days ago 'window shopping' and I literally fell in love with everything, I ended up buying a large dresser and it's absolutely beautiful. The lady was so welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely be back. We also had breakfast and it was delicious!!

Had a lovely home made pie, chips and peas and couldn't fault it. No room for dessert so took two pieces of cake home for tea! Will definitely be returning.

Had a brilliant time looking in all the Barns .Took my husband and even he found things to rummage through. Came home with a purchase a lovely set of drawers. Also had lunch the quality of food and drink was excellent and staff friendly. Well worth visit.

Called in on the bikes this morning for breakfast got too say one of the best breakfasts we’ve had ,thought browns was good but bulldogs is better , deffo going back .

Beautiful furniture and items I could easily spend thousands. We visited to look to buy a small coffee table but walked away with a quite large cofffee table and matching small table. Excellent quality and good prices we now have a list of other items to buy.

A place for normal people. Free to browse. Great mix of new and old. Tea and carrot cake to ponder purchases is recommended. Will definitely visit again.
