World Book Day celebrations - Come to school dressed as your favourite book character today (Friday 8th March). We can't wait to see all your amazing costumes!

The temporary boiler in the Junior building has been installed and is now up and running. We are looking forward to welcoming the Junior children back to school tomorrow! Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Wow, what a performance!! Year 5 sang brilliantly at the O2 this evening with the Young Voices choir. Well done to all of the children who took part - you really were amazing.

Today has been a very special day here at Burleigh. The children have been making a Mosaic for us to hang in our reception area. The school council helped with the design and year 4 were all involved in the making of the finished product. We have taken photos of the Mosaic so far and there will be updates tomorrow with the finished masterpiece. Thank you to Primary Workshop for helping us bring our ideas to life.

Only one more sleep until. . . . Father Christmas arrives at Burleigh for the fete! He has already parked his sleigh in the entrance hall of the junior building and will be ready to meet the children from 12 noon. We can’t wait to see you there!

Eek - it's Christingle time, so exciting! When we hear the children sing, and see the candles glow, it's time to think of Jesus, and the light that he can show.
... It's time to get together, and share this festive treat, we'd love to share the magic, with everyone we meet.

Our Christingle will be held on Wednesday 5th December at St. Mary's Church Cheshunt, the service will be between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. We look forward to sharing this magical event with everyone.
