Took my CX5 in for its first service and mentioned that I thought my electronic parking brake was sticking intermittently.

They identified an issue with the rear offside brakes and arranged for them to be completely replaced under warranty. On the day I was delighted to find that to avoid any further issues, Burrows replaced both rear brake assemblies.

They stated their priority was for me to have full confidence in my car.
