Hi, I'm Vicky Kelly, a Business Coach and Personal Development Coach. I am passionate about helping people 'do good'. So whether that's social enterprises, environmentally conscious businesses, or businesses that care about more than just their financial bottom line and want to do the best by their people and their supply chain.

My basis of all my work is on understanding the importance of linking mindset and belief to actions. Not just dealing with one or the other exclusively. An awareness of this was hugely important to my decision to go it alone, and without regularly checking both my strategy and my mindset, I would not be where I am today!

I work helping businesses and executives to achieve growth and evolution, by working with the individuals within these organisations to make small, yet significant and sustainable changes in their mindset and actions. The rewards that my clients reap regularly surprise and delight me and I feel privileged to be a part of their journey.
