We ate here midweek. Our first trip here and so glad we went.

The food was fantastic! The staff were all really friendly and patient. And the milkshakes were fabulous, thick as thick with fresh fruit and the music was spot on I'd definitely recommend!!

User

Visited the Norwich outlet on Sunday...excellent service...great food....downside...we had an app for free milkshakes...told the waitress...when bill arrived they weren't taken off ....if you have vouchers ECT please check your bill...

Troy is a beast. Nuff said! The man hooked us up and made a complicated situation easy to deal with. Ordered on deliveroo, not the first time I've done so but had an issue which was my fault yet he still helped resolve it, Troy you're a legend. Food on point as always. Go show Byron, and Troy some love!

Thank you so much I miss real food like that I can only small meals only you were great had kids meal and left a empty plate wish more food outlets thought like you

Quick to be seated, served drinks and starters. The staff were all really pleasant. The burgers may seem small but the quality is the next level. I recommend the wings and halloumi fries too!! Will definitely be back!xx

User

Ate here for the first time last weekend and have to say the food was fantastic. Service was great too even though the place was packed. Definitely has become my first choice for a burger meal in Norwich, looking forward to my next visit!

User

Visited Byron's for the first time last night with family and was really impressed with the food ,however, it would have been nice to know at the point of booking on the phone and when we came in , that the kitchen closed at 9.00pm , our table was booked for 8pm, One hour to settle , order drinks , starter , main and dessert and eat everything is not long enough which meant we were told only when we asked to order dessert that the kitchen had already closed , which was disappointing, please make others aware of this!

User

Popped into Byron to have a quick bite to eat early evening after an afternoon in Norwich and we found the staff and food very good. Waiter was friendly and helpful.

Went in on Sunday lunch and even thou they had just opened about 45mins. The floor was dirty. Tomato sauce on the counter walls at bar. Staff was friendly but far too many doing sod all. Uniform not clean nor smartly dressed. Who I think was manager or front of house didn't feel the need to wear his uniform just an un ironed shirt lol. was ok but nothing special. After hearing all the adverts on the radio was expecting more but as some have already said burgers are small and chips in a bucket that's old hat crap. Put them on the plate and do a proper portion. Burger did taste nice thou plenty of flavour and cooked well done as asked. If gbk busy then I'll use again and order extra chips

User

This was our first ever visit to a Byron, little worried as wife diabetic and I am trying to lose weight. The Manager Tom was very helpful and we enjoyed a lovely meal. My only bad point is that there was no nutritional information available which diabetics and people with other conditions rely on. There was allergy info But there was not even the knowledge of the fat content in there meat.

Tasty burger but for what it is and what you actually get it’s a total rip off. Thirty quid for two burgers in a canteen setting full of kids. I won’t be repeating the experience that’s for sure

User

Pretty average overall. Most annoying thing was waiting 20 mins for a bill (when it was very quiet), seeing the staff all chatting and not noticing us, then having to go up and pay for the guy to say “have you had your bill yet”?! Might avoid in future.

User

On arrival staff were friendly & also during our meal. Food was nice, I wouldn’t say it was the best burger I’ve had but was nice, wouldn’t have me rushing back in a hurry though.

The reason I’ve given a 3* rating is when we got the bill the waiter came & took the cash I had put with the bill, we never said keep the change, although it was my intention to leave that as a tip, but he never offered us our change. That to me is rude & disrespectful, assuming we were happy to leave a tip. It’s totally put me off going back

User

Liked the food. Staff just right. Found it very noisy and echoing. But would gi again.

Downside advertising a lunch time meal deal.

Which was not offered with the menu. Caught out the ladies on the next table.

User

I found the burgers where nice but have had better but the macaroni cheese was the best ever however we ordered some olives before our food and didn’t get them so disappointing

User

Food was lovely but when is actually came, The front of house didn’t really seem to know what was going on. They kept inviting people into the restaurant and about 20 people plus were stood inside the restaurant, blocking tables and people were

Stood right next to our table with there coats on. We waited for 45/50 mins for our food and with a one year old that’s frustrating, they should have warned us about the wait. When the food did turn up it was really yummy but I think the Norwich restaurant needs to learn how to organise there front of house because the poor guy didn’t have a clue what was going on. Xx

User

Cold position in the restaurant even though not that near the door. Burger cool temperature too. Fries and onion rings and coleslaw really good. First bad experience at Byron’s , shame I had brought a friend for her first time, don’t think she will return. Sorry Byrons not a happy customer this time.

Went on Saturday and ordered there new Christmas special received the food and the cheese source was like rubber, I called the waitress over and tipped the jar upside down and nothing fell out.when I also received the burger it was cold and quite frankly it was disgusting not happy at all as I paid over 40 pounds for mine and my girlfriend's food, you call that a burger joint? I would be more happy to sit at macdonalds then to ever walk in your establishment again.

Although I would like to say Lois the waitress

Who served us gave exceptional service.
