Who’s powder coating your restoration parts? Evo subframe in for blasting and coating in our High gloss black.. this powder is specially designed for painting wheels and taking everything the uk roads can throw at it coupled with the harsh effects of the Uv rays produced by the sun beating on them.. don’t just let anyone throw a typical industrial black on it 😉 get something thats been purpose chosen to withstand the environment the parts may be facing! Volvo in due to corrosion causing the tyres to go flat.. If you’re losing air, come and see us.. we can even supply a new Tyre like in this customers case as driving on the flat has left the tyre damaged internally. We do the full wheel, inside and out.. the tyres come off completely.. stripped to bare metal.. sand blasted to get rid of the corrosion rather then just sanding the scabs back (as it’ll come back like that) Then you get a powder coat Finish which is far superior to paint. Don’t get robbed paying “cheap” lads to do half a job. For not a lot more you can have the job done right with new valves and tyres balanced.. with new weights! We don’t paint over your old ones.. all that this does is means the paint gets ripped off next time you get a Tyre or a puncture.

205 steel wheels from a rally car in for a spruce up in off white.

Our new aluminium silver is proving to be a big hit. This is such a bright colour for a powder silver, a lot of coaters do a mix of powder/wet spray with silvers due to them not being able to find a good enough silver to coat with.. we can do either or to suit needs ✅

M3 reps we refurbed and sold today. Fitted two new tyres for the new owner. Gun metal grey one of our most popular colours (cheeky photo bomb of the scooby blocks in for acid dip to clean the up pre rebuild)

Another set of nasty mini splits sorted out in gun metal 😁 they suit this colour sooo well. Nice twist on the factory two tone

Custom coloured steels, customer contacted us with a modern vw camper van that has been two toned like an old school camper, he’s modified the steels to take a chrome hub cap and wanted the wheels to match the top half of the camper.. so we set about stripping them back to bare metal.. sand blasted them.. hit them with an epoxy powder coat primer for reliability in weather.. custom matched some paint and wet sprayed that over.. and then we hit them with powder coat crystal clear powder to give them the durability that comes with powder coat finish over a full wet spray!

Fiesta bumpers we blasted and coated in satin black this week, customer has been kind enough to supply some pics once fitted, what a beauty 😍 Unlike most coaters who would just blast these and one coat them with a satin black 1 stage.. we have blasted them and coated them with a black epoxy primer which will give them a good lease of life and enhanced anti corrosion properties, then added a satin clear coat to give the effect wanted and further protect the bumpers from the U.K. weather. ✅

We don’t just do wheels you know 🤭 oldskool diamond back bmx frame that had seen better days (lots of rust in the chrome). We blasted the chrome and the rust away then set about coating and smoothing the frame out.
