A 6 birth Carvan for hire on the popular California Cliffs, Park Resorts Great Yarmouth. A family park with great facilities and entertainment.

We have a 6 berth caravan for hire at Park Resorts, California Cliffs holiday resort near Great Yarmouth.
Size 30 x 10 ft caravan located in a quiet, peaceful area of the park, away from the club-house, in a corner
pitch which means there are no late night revellers walking past the caravan in the early hours, but within
view of, and a short walking distance to all site amenities.

Across the road from the site, there is a lovely sandy beach which is accessed by a slope and some steps.

Terms and Conditions

1. A Deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking for each full week or part thereof required. In
addition to the cost of hiring the caravan, there is also a £50 refundable damage deposit to be paid, with
your booking fee or with your final payment. This acts as a bond to ensure that the van is looked after and
left clean and tidy by yourselves and will be refunded within 5 days of the end of your holiday.

The initial securing deposit will be lost in the event that you cancel your holiday but any damage deposit
paid, will be refunded to you. Deposits for holidays must be paid within 5 days of booking to secure your
selected dates.

2. Payment should be made by bank transfer – please email me regarding bank details.

3. On receiving your deposit payment, a receipt will be returned via email or post, whichever you prefer.
This will confirm your booked dates and show the remaining balance. The final due date for this remaining
balance will show on your receipt and will be 8 weeks before commencement of holiday, however, no further
reminder other than the original receipt will be sent. This remaining balance should be sent as soon as
possible before the 8 week deadline. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right
to re-let the caravan.

4. This is a Non Smoking caravan, and if smoking outside the caravan, all waste should be disposed of
responsibly. . . any sign of smoking within the caravan will lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit. . . !

5. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you
forfeiting your holiday.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE – (combined park rules)

1. We do accept bookings from: a) Groups of single sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age. But I would bring
your attention to point 2. . . !

2. California Cliffs is a family holiday parks and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to
any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.

3. In order for us to clean and check the caravans, please enjoy our later than normal checkout time of
12noon on the day of departure. Arrival time is 4pm on the day of holiday commencement. We will try to have
your caravan ready for your arrival before 4pm so if you would like to phone ahead or email a rough time of
arrival it may be possible to allow a slightly earlier admission time. However, this is entirely at the
discretion of the owner.

4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the
party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their
stay.

5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund
will be given.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday
cancellation, personal and public liability etc.

Conditions – In the case of any dispute our decision is final.

Please note This is a Privately owned caravan that we own on this site.

Note: Please, remember to bring bedding, towels & toiletries. (If you require us to provide bedding we
will be happy to do so at a cost of £30 per booking. )
