LA FUSTERA BEACH - 600mtrs FROM 'CASA BELLA' This beach boasts various environmental awards and eco-labels such as the Blue Flag and an "Ecoplayas" prize and employs an integral management system in compliance with the ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
Located close to the beach is the "Cova de la Fustera", a 10 m. high cave from which one can enjoy a magnificent view of the Benissa coastline and the Peñón de Ifach.
... Just few metres away is the "Casa dels Cents Vents" (House of the hundred winds) centre that houses the Benissa Playa Tourist Information office, the resident advise office, a police post that is in operation from June 15th to September 15th and the "Aula de la Mar", room that is venue of environmental awareness activities related to the sea. En route to the villa to get prepared for our first visitors of the year who arrive in a couple of weeks then it's non stop until September. Busy times ahead

Wonderful wonderful holiday at the villa with my hubby n grown up family. Amazing villa, location and pool. Views were incredible. Local bars and restaurants withing easy walking distance and the coastal path into Calpe from La Fustera Playa only take 40 mins. We all had just the best time. We will certainty visit again. We had a lovely time at the Villa it was exactly what we wanted, spacious with a good size pool in a quiet area. the Villa was surprisingly cool inside which was a great help when it came to bed time!. There were a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Calpe was a 10 minute drive away with a wide choice of places to eat We spent every day bar one by the pool at the villa, Jackie was very quick to respond and resolve a couple of issues which was very much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend Casa Bella.

We booked this villa looking for our own private break with access to a personal pool, bbq, traditional Spanish style, sun and local amenities which were all perfect as well as a added bonus access we also found we could go by car or bus to calpe(5min), moraira(10min), Benidorm (30min), the local beach is also only a 5 minute walk. Beautiful villa in a pleasant area, we enjoyed the pool and outside area was ample. We were 4 adults and a toddler. The villa was clean and there was everything u needed to accommodate our stay. Restaurants and beach and tourist areas near by but you do need a car to access everything easily. Would recommend this villa to all. Jane St Albans July 2016

Just returned from a lovely relaxing stay at casa bella. Jackie lee was very helpful in everyway, helping us with transfers which Was advised to use benniconnect which was great. The villa had plenty of room for two family's with children, the pool was a good size and well maintained, the place was very clean with great wifi which when you have teenagers is a god send. Bars were In walking distance as well as a well stocked super market. Would definitely go back. Sally C. July 2015

The villa & the area were both superb. We had never been here before as being 2 families we like to stay together. And this villa done that for us. It was good to be together and also have our own chill out space. The inside of the villa was bright & refreshing - tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need. The outside, you could tell had been newly painted and looked clean and bright. The pool was heaven, big enough for all of us and lots of sun loungers and beds for us to choose from. The local high point was Fustera beach. only a 5 minute walk away and not busy. The local supermarket had all we needed including lots of english produce so we did not have to go into the town too often for supplies. The last day we had a lovely BBQ and had a fabulous family day. I would recommend to all, this villa is tremendous especially if you like to holiday as a large family. The owner left us lots of info on the local area so we were well informed.I am definately coming back again next year. Jane L. May 2015

In addition, the house is situated: close to the beautiful beach of Fustera, almost halfway between Calpe and Moraira, and golf, tennis and shops within 10 minutes.
