Designs for the new Castle Rising Tea Rooms website are being made.
Pop in for a relaxing drink in this lovely weather.
We had Afternoon tea there yesterday, Lovely food, presented beautifully. All the staff was very polite. They accomadated for everything we needed. We will be lifelong customers now!!
The Castle Rising Tea Rooms are a delight. My wife and I stop off there most weeks for a refreshing drink, and maybe a tasty cake or pastries. The gardens provide a pleasant peaceful atmosphere, while the rooms inside have a unique character. Breakfast and meals are also served by the warm friendly staff.
Thank you to all the girls at the tea rooms for helping us celebrate my little girls 2nd Birthday! x
My husband Steve and I had a lovely afternoon on Sunday and we look forward to making another visit when we can use the Audio. Very friendly staff in the shop. Thank you.
My daughter and I called in for a cup of tea in the Tea Rooms garden yesterday (well tea for her and a lovely glass of cold Pinot Grigio for me!). It was a delight to sit in the lovely relaxed sunny garden area. In fact we enjoyed our time there and the ambience so much we took the rest of the family (hubby and 9 year old twins) for a lovely early lunch today. The food was absolutely great and we all decided that it will definitely become a regular place for us to visit!
Lovely place, food was delicious and Service was the best, friendly and welcoming definitely a must on a place to visit, can't wait to go back.
Lovely find tucked into a corner of the village. Slices of cake are huge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will try a meal here the next time we visit. Good menu choices.
Lovely and friendly , beautiful county vintage cottage . Great food x
Love this place, so cute and cosy, had a fab afternoon tea here on the way home from the coast a few weeks ago and am looking forward to lunch there today. The cakes are amazing and it is so friendly.
Had a gorgeous mid morning lunch there yesterday, beautiful home made food very friendly staff fantastic lovely interior. The chocolate cake was to die for will definitely visit again. And what a wonderful pretty village and to top it off the magnificent castle, stunning!

Beautiful little tearoom with excellent service
Absolutely love this place. Been visiting Norfolk for about 6 years, sometimes 3 or 4 times a year, and if we don't visit here for breakfast or lunch, it's not a proper visit. Went again today on our way home from a week in Heacham and as usual Charlotte and Julie were great xx
Went there by accident as a tourist. I enjoyed it. I didn’t have the tea as I am a coffee kinda guy. Coffee was pretty good and the place was charming. I was asked if I was Canadian. I assume because we were polite and our children behaved themselves. Thought it was funny and the people working there were friendly
We had a super lunch. Excellent sandwiches presented in a wonderfully attractive way. Lovely garden to sit outside and really friendly staff. Would go back in a minute - especially as we did not have room for the lemon drizzle cake!
Good ambience but very slow service, over an hour for a ham sandwich and a ploughmans, which meant the tea was cold by the time we got the food, not very impressed.
Very nice Tea Rooms lovely friendly staff most sandwiches are nice But the Ham sandwich take a bit to be Desired ,Gammon Ham not nice poor quality
Looks great and nice selection of posh sandwiches but totally let down when it arrives on your plate. Masses of margarine ruining a pricey sarnie and portion sizes are pretty small for the price and quality. A word of advice to the owners - get some decent china cups for the tea, use some loose leaf bags (at that price) and maybe try butter or a half way - it'll help bring up some of the negative comments heard whilst we were here from other customers... a real shame given its stunning location!
Crazy crazy . Always frezzing cold . In school holidays you order food and there's nowhere to sit as tables booked .
Real fire half out behind a screen. Go upstairs to bathroom I had a picture fall on my head of the wall .
Posh lamps going off and on . Rude staff member putting a reversed sign on table after food came and telling us to move . But no seats . I never been since . Crazy crazy don't go in winter . Coffee weak
