They just opened some new shops on the island - Certainly looks promising after my first visit!
So far so good, very happy how things are.
Great products, super service and an excellent company!
Fantastic customer service each time I've been in since Central took over last week. Sadly though most of the products I buy are no longer stocked. The gluten free range has gone, so has the almond milk and the hummus contains preservatives (unlike any other brand I've come across) and obviously the Co-op's own brand cruelty free household products are no longer available.
Staff have seemed keen to hear feedback, so hopefully things will change in the future, as the idea of a locally sourced company appeals.
over priced and very poor selection, was used a lot when it was a Co-Operative as live in same road. Now have to drive to Tesco or town -and kids don't walk down there for essentials.
green lane store in shanklin is expensive and choice has gone down considerably, the only positive i can find is the staff that work there are great.
disapointed with my local wootton store, promised local goods ie hamiltons and graces bakery items, most shelves are filled with budget crisps that no one seems to buy, empty shelves, over priced cake items that seem to be there all the time which no one buys! poor freezer section, no deals on which are advetised shelves filled with random high sugar energy drinks, def nothing as promised and feel sorry for the staff as at times one poor chap having to deal with the post office as well as the other counter!
You may wish to train your staff in your Eastergate shop on basic customer service courtesy. Rudest staff I have come across in a convenience store!!! ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į
The hot food is disgusting and stays on the shelf all day!! Which is illegal and I would avoid at all costs unless you want food poisoning!! Will be reporting to the authorities!! Absolutely shocking

Not about offers but upkeep of the store premises outside the store, the hedges are overgrown, nearly ripped my clothes and don't help customers wanting to continue their journey as they cant see what is coming as view is blocked by the hedges!!
No happy your gunville road store Isle of Wight shut early you go up and they have cashed up even before closing time happens to often
Ive been to one of your stores on my way home from work a few times and each time i go and pay there is a real bad smell of body odour at the tills it seems to be when one of the assistant on shift it is very off putting and especially where it is a food shop..... please can somebody talk to her as i will not be returning....
