CML is a unique centre of applied theology in the heart of Watford

The Centre for Missional Leadership (CML) is a centre of applied theology is based in Watford, 20 miles northwest of central London. CML exists to equip Christians to be influential and transformational in each and every sphere of life. We believe in ‘whole of life’ Christianity which impacts and effects everything. That as light illuminates and salt flavours, so is the call to every Christian to live lives full of meaning, confidence, kindness and wisdom.

Our aim at CML is to equip Christians to be radical disciples who see themselves as sent by God, to make a difference in the world. CML aims to equip Christians to be grounded in God’s word, full of God’s Spirit, reflecting God’s character and engaged in Mission in God’s world.
