had a massage this morning with hayley was amazing! defiantly recommend� she made me feel very relaxed and welcoming, there was no rush to get dressed and leave. lovely place all the staff members are very friendly, i’ll defiantly be returning, thankyou x

Went for my 1st visit today with laurel and she was brilliant and took her time on my eye brows and very happy what laurel has done to them. X

We went to charisma for Bridal party nails recently. We all had a lovely time in the relaxed salon. They catered for the flower girl with a princess manicure and gel overlays for the rest of us. Steph did a file and paint on my toes. She was so gentle and caring as I had a fractured ankle. She also did a fab job on my finger nails, helping me choose a colour that went perfectly with my bridesmaid dress . Look forward to having my nails done again soon :-)

This day spa is so lush and so are the staff! They serviced me wonderfully for 2 years whilst I completed my MA at UEA. Kellie Harrowing and Leann Ward? (she got married not sure of her last name) Helped me many times along with Charlotte Sims and Suzy! The entire staff and team are amazing. This day spa is so fun and relaxing. The atmosphere is welcome and cosy. Don't worry, they will let you take your time, you won't be rushed! Also, I might suggest a cuppa on the cold days and some orange squash on the warm days :) They always have a drink available to you! I can't say enough good things about this day spa and its owner/manager/and staff and services. I am not from the UK, I am actually from NJ, USA and this little spa made such a difference in my time in Norwich. I miss everyone so much! Thank you for always doing your best to accommodate me! :)

My little girl had her nails done by the very lovely steph today she was very polite and thorough and her nails are fantastic the conversation she was having with her made her very happy and she felt like a princess so we have booked for them to be done again with her so thank you very much from the both of us x

Had my toes painted by Steph and she was lovely, friendly and offered her expert advice. Steph did a fantastic job and I’ve had nothing but compliments about them. I would recommend this salon to anyone all the girls make you feel welcome and it’s such a lovely environment to receive any treatment.

Had my nails done today, love them! nice clean environment, friendly/ happy staff. The best nail salon in Norwich, would definitely recommend! Thank you :D

Had a pedicure done by Steph today, and she was fab! She is so friendly, as are all the ladies! The pedicure was relaxing, and so highly recommended! Thanks again everyone ♥️

Had a luxury spa manicure done today by lovely Steph! � My hands feel so soft and my nails are lovely! I was really pleased and look forward to visiting again in the future! Thank you Steph! �

Had a lovely time Saturday having my gel nails done and an amazing pedicure just what I needed!! Thank you so much for fitting me in for both! And also going the extra and even putting my shoes on for me so I didn't have to bend down in my heavy pregnant state lol! Thank you lovely ladies �

Had a full body massage with Kellie today and it was fantastic! Not only was the massage amazing, but Kellie your a lovely lady and thank you for listening to me waffle on during � I left feeling incredibly relaxed and happy. Will definitely be booking another ! Thank you! Xxxx
