Thank you to Steve who last night found my lost engagement ring. Words cannot express my gratitude. I shall be making a donation to his favourite charity as a big thank you.

Ranked No.5 out of 50+ Parkdean resorts. A quieter site away from the noise and hassle of the seaside parks. Good to relax with family and friends. Less than 5 miles to either Gorleston-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth beaches.

Just got back from an amazing holiday at cherry tree, I would like to say a great big thank you to all the troopers especially Matt, Lauren and Wes, who made my daughters holiday and birthday so special. Rosina says thank you too.

The caravan was clean and the perfect base, the children's entertainment and adult entertainment was funny, and a great way to spend your evening,

The staff in the pool and crazy golf area were polite and very helpful. The girls in the restaurant worked hard and did everything they could to accommodate our needs, reception staff polite and informative,

Great holiday all round. Thanks everyone.

User

Just got back from a week and can honestly recommend this park and site to anyone. My husband and I stayed with out 2 kids Jessica is nearly 4 and William is 5 months and the entertainment staff are amazing. Mini disco and Starlanders Krew are greatly missed already! Thanks so much to the bar staff who were lovely, also to the security staff for putting up with our relentless ticket prize purchases. Special thanks to Matty, Rebecca, Lauren and Katherine who made our evenings entertained with such passion and fun. You genuinely are a credit to parkdean and deserve a pay rise . Immaculate caravan...we will be back! Alas back to reality in Yorkshire!

User

Cracking fun for all the family ...the staff are brilliant and so down to earth....coming back here deffo x

User

Caravan was a bit worn in places but nothing major.

We came out of season so the park was empty but still an ideal place to visit with the kids as the beach isn't to far away or major roads to visit other places.

We will definitely be booking another visit!!

User

Been visiting for years.. now I am bringing my son just visited for 5 days and loved it. Thank you

User

we had 10 days away with our dog. Unfortunately we where not given all the information before we went. We booked as it was pet friendly but on arrival given a leaflet stating dogs are not allowed in the facilities which we understand but you are also not allowed to leave them in the caravan either. So we where unable to use the bar or restaurant. Or the pool and entertainment if we wanted too. Must admit though the actual caravan was fabulous, carpets had some dog hair in them but as a pet friendly van this didn't bother us . I'm just not sure what you are paying the extra £40 to take the dog for. There are no dog areas for them to walk/toilet and this particular park have no public footpaths leading away, you have to walk along the road with no footpath to get anywhere, or drive somewhere for a walk.

We ended up going out every day and evening for a drink and food elsewhere so they lost out in probably a couple of hundreds of pounds of revenue. Loved the area this time of year but wouldn't come again due to the dog issues.

I would recommend the park as long as your not taking a dog

User

We were disappointed that the only amenities were inside the complex where you had to have a pass to get in, we didnt get the pass as dogs werent allowed so we knew we wouldnt go in entertainment bar as your not allowed to leave dogs unattended in caravan, on a plus the caravan and the site were immaculate, lots of staff keeping up with maintainence of the site.

User

Nice park if you want a quiet holiday. Caravan was clean. Staff all very friendly. Swimming pool was great. Entertainment was OK. Not far to travel to Gorleston or great Yarmouth. We enjoyed our stay.

User

Just home today from a week here.

We booked the 'gorleston' caravan which for a young family or a long weekend would be great but for two adults and an 11&13 year old it was a bit tight - that being said the caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a week.

Booking in was a doddle and the info pack was great and saved us money with helpful hints.

The facilities were good - the indoor poor was a little too busy at times but it kept a good feel to it with plenty of lifeguards around-the outdoor was hardly used and thankfully with the good weather we were at the pool most of the time and the kids loved that and so did we as we were able to enjoy the lovely weather.

The food was really surprisingly good and reasonably priced too.

Bar/ waiting staff were surly though and it kind of made it difficult to approach them. One girl (didn't catch her name but she has a dressing to her left arm) was really cheery as was the female manager and that almost made up for the young blonde miserable one that was surly and dismissive.

Park grounds are nice and clean.

The shop on site it dear but there is Asda, co-op and Tesco virtually on the door stop to the park.

We checked out a day early to split up the 8 hour drive home and reception seemed really concerned that something had went wrong which was reassuring and we reassured them all was well.

If it hadn't been for the surly bar/waitressing staff I would of given a five star ⭐️

However it wouldn't stop me returning!!!!

The holiday made me feel 12 years younger while we waited to see Chico lol (although I did had to explain to my kids who he was 😱😂)

User

Had a great long weekend away with my family. Caravan was lovely & had everything we needed.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, arcades, soft play and parks.

We also played a game of crazy golf which was fun.

I think the only thing that was missing from the holiday park was a take away (e.g. fish & chips)

User

Fab site, staff very friendly and helpful. Caravan was lovely but got bitten really bad on our first night (in bed) staff did come and change the bedding etc, however myself and husband continued to get bit in the lounge. Staff say they got an external company to check the whole of the caravan and couldn't find anything....I'm fairly convinced it needs flee spraying.

Wouldn't put me off coming to site again but considering how far we've travelled I'm gutted to have been bitten so bad (6 infected in my leg from first night) and 3 others not infected.

Mother and father in law also came with us, they had issues with the caravan smelling of dog.

Like I say, doesn't put me off coming again but it did put a dampener on it x

User

When collecting keys there was a sign mentioning they have a problem with ants but failed to specify this on booking ! On entering the caravan we was very pleased with it until I went over to the kitchen and saw hundreds of ants, so our first job was to go to the nearest DIY store to get some pet safety ant killer!, also very disappointed our dog wasn't aloud in generally anywhere. Sorry won't be returning
