Went there last night the food was good service was as good as it could be bearing in mind it was packed out,

It was good to be able to choose the gratuity when paying by card although I did have to ask the waitress to check that the tip did actually go to her , all in all a pleasant experience will go again .

Went here last night and I couldn’t fault it at all. Waiter were friendly and very polite. food came out a short while later and was v. V. Tasty. Wasn’t too expensive. We’ll def be coming back �

We love going to chiquito's as it is so different to other eating places. Great atmosphere and service. Food is 1st class, we always have a very enjoyable time, its fun with the hats and just adds to the experience.

We had a delicious meal here last night the staff was very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed it we will be back soon

Visited the Norwich Riverside store with my boyfriend for some dinner after work. You've had a refurb recently and the place is looking great!



Greeted by a warm and welcoming member of staff I'm guessing a manager. Were served by one of the loveliest and most friendly members of staff I have ever encountered. Her name was Becky and she is a true credit to the store as well as your company. Very informative about everything on the menu, patient and kind as well. Had a great time with her, lush cocktails and the food was spectacular. Could not fault one bit.



I'm not even a massive fan of spicy food so opted for the pulled pork tacos which were great, little bit more pork next time but perhaps I'm greedy. Also the special starter we had 'crayfish soft taco' was absolutely beautiful.

I had Brunch this morning at Chiquitos, Riverside in Norwich. Until yesterday I did not know that Chiquitos did breakfast or brunch but I think they really need to advertise it. I ordered the Full Breakfast Sizzler with a side order of toasted, brown Bloomer bread, I had considered ordering the next size up but now I am pleased that I didn't. The size of the breakfast was very impressive with a wide variety of items on the plate. If I had ordered the larger one I would never have managed it. The taste of the food was outstanding and it was a visual treat. My host, Alex, was extremely friendly, helpful, chatty and professional and with the decor of the restaurant being very nicely done it made for a fantastic morning experience. I thoroughly recommend the restaurant and the brunch to everyone and I will be going there again the next time I visit Norwich.

Our party enjoyed their food and the service was good however they don’t cater for Vegans, therefore the menu was difficult for me and for that reason I wouldn’t go back.

We went here today. Baring in mind it was early afternoon it was quiet and we were a large table of 13. i had a voucher for kids eat free. Firstly my daughters glass broke apart in her hand covering her in sticky liquid, fortunately the glass did not shatter. No apology was given or an offer of a replacement drink. When it came to paying the bill it seemed very high for the fact most of us had not had desserts. We paid anyway as to not cause any embarrassment. My sister in law examined the bill properly at home and found we had been charged for 2 young adult meals we had the voucher for. It all seemed very underhand and we felt like the staff had tried to get us to pay for more than we should have. Considering it was very empty at the time we were there we all felt very rushed especially when it came to paying. We will not be returning here. Its a shame as we love chiquitos and the restaurant in Ipswich is lovely. My 9 year old daughter whoa birthday meal it was left very upset.

We went here for a birthday celebration today and on the bill noticed that a £10 service tip had been added! There was only 6 of us (2 adults and 4 children) and we spent over a hundred pounds here. This has never happened anywhere else before. I wouldn't have minded half as much if the portions were bigger and we didn't have to wait so long for food and drinks (the place was practically empty). I don't resent paying a tip of my choosing for great service but not a tenner for one waiter who hardly said a word and took ages bringing things to our table.

Poor service. It was so slow and orders forgotten! My boyfriends sweet potato fries were cold and I had the smallest onion rings in the world. However they did sort this very quickly (only quick thing they did all night). Food was average and over priced. The pudding however was good! So arrived at 6:40 and still here :/ would not recommend at all.

Came in at the start of lunch was not busy when we arrived seated by a lovely waiter, some popcorn was brought over and drink order taken very quick (so far so good) however we than sat for almost half an hour our food order had already been placed, when we caught the attention of a waitress to ask where our 2 cokes and milkshake are she said I will find out only to watch her pour out more drinks for tables that where seated some time after us! Our 2 year old hungry and getting fidgety . About another 10/15minutes had passed the 2 tables behind us had received their food and drinks half eaten them before we got anything. The food was less than impressive my salmon was burnt and for £15 I expected a little more than 2 pieces of broccoli a fillet of salmon and a few potatoes!? We still had to wait 10 minutes for the bill which we still didn't get we went to the computer station on the end. £45 very waisted! Weirdly as quick as we stood up the table was cleared? If only the attention on service was as attentive!1st and last visit for us!

Worst food I've had in a long while. Ordered a chilli. When it arrived I thought they had brought dog pooh on rice. Awfull presentation. Awfull taste. Far too much chilli in it, drowned out the other spices. The rice was dry and appeared to be reheated. Management were not interested. So thats one more customer they have lost.

For good Tex/Mex go to Pedro's in Chapel field garden.

Staff seemed nice just wasn't impressed at all with the service starter took just over 30 mins to be served and when we finished our main course we waited OVER an hour to have our plates cleared and our next order to be taken, there were a good few others around me who were also complaining because of the waiting time, then the bill they tried to over charge us....defiantly won't be returning

If I could give it a zero I would. Food was poor quality and extremely over priced! I told the manageress and she simply said... it is what it is!! Haha she was right, SHITE!!

I would like someone to contact me as to why we were left waiting for our booked table and to only be told about the restaurant closing as we asked what the hell was going on. I get it couldn't be helped but the way it was handled was appalling. We could of been told when we arrived instead of standing around. Our table had been booked for ages as it was my hen weekend away, so thanks chiquitos for making me cry, having absolutely no customer service and for me being £90 out of pocket for train fares as we couldn't get in anywhere else being a large table! All you had to do was apologise and handle it a bit better it's not hard!
