I ate here Friday evening with friends and received exceptional service from Mollie. From our arrival until our departing Mollie continuously delivered brilliant customer service; she was funny, engaging and a total delight. Mollie is such a great asset to the Peterborough Hampton Branch. We will definitely be returning, thank you!

For me a measure of the quality of a restaurant is how they deal with unexpected problems and having recently had an excellent meal there with a friend just before Christmas (meals in the past presumably with different management had not been great so we stopped visiting a few years ago) I was encouraged to take family and friends again on Tuesday and was staggered at just how many people obviously had the same idea! Anyway, first drink ordered they were short of an ingredient but sent out for it which I was impressed with but sadly due to the extraordinary volume of diners that had passed through there was a struggle with some of the dishes we ordered which was a disappointment and did affect our enjoyment of the meal, however the waitress was attentive and the Manager took onboard our concerns and encouraged us to enjoy what we could - he returned at the end of the meal to apologise and explain it had been more like a Friday in sales than a Monday (albeit a holiday, their external suppliers got it very wrong) suffice to say, he sorted it out to everyone's mutual agreement and the waitress appeared again to apologise even through it was out her hands too.

Overall I was very impressed with them and did have the benefit of having had a very positive experience more recently so I have given them 5 stars for some of their dishes but also for successfully dealing with the adverse conditions that affected the others!

Food was excellent, staff were very friendly.never had Mexican before enjoyed it .

Chilly beef tacos & side salad was delicious � staff was very friendly and helpful would recommend it just going to have the donut sticks

Fajitas are wonderful happy staff and service and food nicely timed

The food overall was of a very good standard. Service was very slow. Drinks came out separately, there was a long gap between courses and then a service charge of £19 was added to the bill. We did not pay this and we felt it excessive for the service we received, however, as everyone in the party paid an equal amount, we ended up leaving a £6 tip which was more than adequate .

Was seated and waited 30 mins for drinks, sat and watched 3 people complain about their meal, starters arrived which were average, waited a full hour after for our main which was disgusting!!!! Chips were stone cold, onion rings were stone cold, even though having previously asked about the time scale of where our main was to be told this was just being prepared! Our food hadnt been freshly prepared, on leaving myself and my partner agreed that we may as well have ripped £50 up and put it in the bin! This place needs a major shake up! Will not be returning again, im not one to write a review but i have never eaten such garbage

Waited at the door to be served for ages, finally seated and ordered the breakfast cocktail we had travelled across town for.... After waiting a further ten minutes we were told they didn't have them and there was no replacement on that deal / cocktail either.

I ordered the tex mex with southern fried chicken and pulled pork topping, when it arrived it had hardly any pulled pork, waitress said its under the cheese but it wasn't! I got another tiny pot of pulled pork to compensate, my friend had the other Tex mex and her portion was also small portions for the £15 price tag, unfortunately it was very disappointing.

Worse than worse, we went on a Sunday evening around 5pm, 2 adults and 2 children 3 and 1. Restaurant was not busy, took half an hour to get our drinks, I asked for colouring sets for the children which never came; food came an hour later with the children's burgers burnt and no side dishes! Waitress who couldn't muster a smile for toffee, the beer was flat...the tables which had had people on weren't cleared once they went even though they weren't busy; will never go again.

Went for my birthday meal Friday night with my family and the food was shocking. Has to be the worst meal I've ever had. The nachos sent back as they looked like oatmeal under the three crunchy chips and the beef fajitas were much like shoe leather.

Visited on a quiet Sunday evening for my sister birthday sat down at 6.30pm eventually left at 9pm. Very slow service waiter was polite but that was only the start of it ordered the street food part of if was a Mexican frittata which was raw in the middle. My boyfriends meal was served with cold chips. Took 10 minutes to get waitresses attention to complain and send back she alerted her manager who immediately offered me everything under the sun but it's had put me right off. Was taken off the bill but they still tried to charge us the service charge which we refused. We did leave a small tip for the waiter as he was good but let down by service time and food quality. Overall a very bad experience and I won't be returning.

Refused offer as requesting to take away, despite allowing family member to do the exact same earlier that day. No apology, just no interest.

Peterborough restaurant on 23/12/15 @ 13:00. Spent 55 minutes waiting for our food! They seemed more interested in serving the big parties then a table of two. A table of 11 came in and ordered 20 minutes after us. They had their food before we did. Ended up walking out and had a lovely meal in Toby Carvery instead. Very poor speed of service.

Me n my fella have always loved coming here so much to choose on the menu but that changed last year with the menu cutting down alot went for my birthday in oct step dad said his food was cold when we got home just thought an off day. We went again last night, fellas starter was cold the chips in a little pot no longer in a metal case looking fancy n half the size, wraps had crispy edges, all the sauces mixed together in 1 bowl unlike before in separate pots about a pinch of cheese! Absolutely disgusting. The presentation choice n quality of food is no longer good enough ill never go again. The manager gave us discounts n was very sorry but our waiter was pretty much useless, slow made us order food with still no drinks then left empty plates on the table for ages while walking past many times empty handed.

I was hoping for a lovely meal , but buritto I had didn't have mexican taste at all, but the worst part is instead of having nice evening I am in toilet being sick all the time and the pain is just terrible ...... thanks.... waste of money and your health...... plus waitresses are complaining because they are busy , not really professional of them at all .

Head office need to look into the management of this branch as I can see they have a few poor reviews. Went in there with my family yesterday and waited at the door for at least 10minutes before anyone attended to us. Then someone who looked like she might have been the manager (tallish, slim, blonde hair..I think, and wasn't wearing a uniform) attended to us.



The lady didn't even bother to apologise for the wait and said we had to wait 45 minutes (very casually) to be seated. Needless to say, we didn't bother waiting. Went to Frankie and Benny's right opposite and had a lovely meal. I'll never go back to this branch again.

Average food and terrible service trying to deceive customers by charging extra.. When we noticed the discrepancy in the bill the waitor said that we should have noticed that the item we ordered was in the lunch menu! Terrible excuse that insulted our IQ and showed that the restaurant's policy is to take advantage of the customers to make extra profit.

After waiting at the door to be seated for 5 minutes I left. Not sure if any staff noticed the queue of people waiting to be served or not... no one even acknowledged us. We along with others left.
