We are a 'retro' tearoom, serving up homemade cakes; tasty lunches; freshly brewed teas and coffees and afternoon 'High Tea' all served up with a smile.

Anyone wishing to book or have questions about our Menu etc, Please could you phone during the day when we are open, Tuesday to Saturday. Sorry for not answering any of your messages, regarding opening times, etc, we have been away looking after my very poorly Mum, who had major surgery. Thank you Chrissy and Dave. I visited this tearoom with my partner and very young daughter and we all felt very welcome. The food and service were second to none. Highly recommended, especially the homemade scones and cakes. Excellent. We will definitely return.
Such a quaint little tea room with impeccable, friendly service and the scones were delicious..even if I made the mistake of putting the clotted cream first (which is the Devon way
..oops sorry Chrissy and Dave) �� PS we will send your love back to Essex. See you next year!
Such a lovely little tearoom � really cosey, Chrissy makes you feel @ home. We loved the decoration of the tearoom and loved the items which were all handknitted! Cornish cream tea was lovely even my boyfriend loved it here and he normally hates me dragging him out for cake lol � will definitely be revisiting when next in the area it’s awesome to see a lovely little independent Place thriving! Thankyou Chrissy xxxx

If you're in Perranporth and you want a proper pot of loose leaf tea, home made cake with top class service then pop into Chrissy's because you won't be disappointed. The smell baking cakes was mouth watering, we'll be paying another visit so we can sample more!

and ginger cake to die for if you don't try it out you're missing something very special
I visited with a group of friends last week having pre booked with Chrissy, she closed the place for the afternoon so we could all fit in and enjoy there high tea. It was amazing, the best scones iv ever tasted. Chrissy and her husband couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend visiting, we will definatly be back. Thanks again x
Had a beautifully fresh and tasty afternoon special last week here. Top marks all round with the sandwich and cake choice, beautiful presentation, superb taste, very friendly service, cleanliness and surroundings. We are going again tomorrow as a last day treat, for the full afternoon tea experience!! Can't wait no breakfast or lunch required Tomorrow or we won't fit it all in!!!

Chrissy's tearoom has a warm friendly atmosphere and the cream teas are amazing
Beautiful afternoon tea at Chrissys tea room Perranporth, Cornwall. Excellent attention to detail and when I ordered gluten free they asked if I was Coeliac. Reassured me that as I am Coeliac everything would be prepared separately and put on a separate tea stand to my husbands gluten filled food. Definitely recommend.

After several visits for cream tea which is delicious, and always a very warm welcome and friendly chat, I asked Chrissy if it would be possible to make scones for our wedding, this was not a problem for this lovely couple and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed their Cornish cream tea.
