Once again they have come up trumps! I have used them to place orders from Cumbria two or three times a year.

One year my payment didn't go through but they still sent the flowers even though I had yet to pay...... this year I called up the day that I needed a bouquet on a SUNDAY! An angel answered the phone and took my order AND delivered them that day!

I can not praise Christine's Florists enough. Absolutely fantastic service and I'm sure if I ever saw them it would be with a smile.�

Nothing is to much trouble for them always extremely helpful and lovely staff go the extra mile to please

My grandad used to buy my grandma flowers here and I've done ever since too for all occasions! Top quality service and value every time!!

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers today from my family down in Dorset - gorgeous flowers with stunning daffs. Really made my day, thank you so much for helping the family choose the right flowers and for getting it to me despite being out!

I ordered flowers for my mother and grandmother, through the Christine's website just yesterday, for a delivery set for today. I was unable to visit the store personally as I currently live in Washington DC. I have known of "Christine's Florist" for many years as my family has used this florist on many occasions. The flowers were delivered and my mother posted pictures of them. Beautiful! They looked better than the online picture! This was very pleasing for me. Great service, presentation & worth every penny. Thank you!

Cremation Service. I wanted something very specific for dad and they did exactly what I wanted. I can not recommend them enough stunning flowers for dad and lovely friendly understanding staff on the other side of the phone at a very difficult time.

Every year I place a telephone order from North Wales to send my elderly aunt flowers for her birthday., she is always thrilled to bits with the beautiful flowers you provide.Thank you..... an extra thank you to the lovely delivery driver this morning who when asked to leave them in reception, he delivered right to her flat door because "they are heavy"

Unfortunately the service we were given left a LOT to be desired.

Went into the shop to order flowers and completely ignored.

When I was FINALLY served I asked how much delivery was - over £10 for Felixstowe. When I responded, the lady making flowers up said "well it is valentines" in the most disgusting tone.



We WONT be using you again.

Such a shame as used to be a lovely florist with lovely staff, shame their attitude has changed!
