... This is a very popular class & all levels are welcome to come & join in the festive fun & learn how to decorate these hanging decorative Christmas cookies which also make fantastic edible gifts for your loved ones.
Techniques include - • Piping contouring lines • Flooding cookies • Piping detailing • Learning about royal icing consistencies • How to make piping bags • Adding different textures to cookies • Making decorations from different mediums • Softly airbrushing decorations • Embellishing cookies • Design advice & adding finishing details. The class will run from 10am - 4.30pm with a break for an afternoon tea style lunch which will be provided for you with a glass of something festive - well it "tis the season!"

Well how fabulous was Saturday's Tiger course. Claire was such a patient and kind teacher. Beautiful conservatory class room with a great hostess and wonderful food. So pleased with how confident I now feel with an airbrush having been a complete novice. Will definitely be going again.

The best cake maker ever in the world. I love all the cake that you have made me. Your so talented I want to be able to do all the this that you can. I'm loving it xxxx

Claire is the most talented cake lady in the business! We have a cake from Clairella every year sometimes more then once and they never last more then 10 minutes in our family, we demolish them! They look and taste amazing! X

Claire is a very talented lady. Her cakes taste just as amazing as they look. She made my daughter a birthday cake and I cried when she lifted the lid. It was absolutely brilliant and I couldn't believe my eyes. I love my kids to have a nice birthday cake so it's very important it's made by Mrs Clairella cakes her self .

Claire done the Peter Rabbit cake for us, and I took the whole Lemon tier into work this morning. It was the stir of the office and somebody commented 'This cake is SO good, I could cry' Claire is the Holy Grail of cakes. Best of the best. Its very rare cakes look AND taste amazing - Claire has it sussed. <3

Attended the moon fairy airbrush day .fabulous class ,relaxed atmosphere,plenty of one to one tuition and time to ask questions.

I really enjoyed my day and came away with new skill and increased confidence .
