Staff absolutely everyone (or the ones I spoke at least) are brilliant!!!

Receptionists are extremely amazing and helpful.

This centre is far away from my home as I live close to Garon’s but always drive to Clements Hall - the teachers great and atmosphere is so friendly!!!

Highly recommending.

My first visit with my granddaughter and niece and I was well impressed with the facilities and aware there was a lifeguard on duty observing all the time too. I didn't go in the café but would do another time. Parking too was easy. Lovely family changing rooms made it easy too

Love all the classes, especially Jane’s spin class and Sue’s body pump, all the instructors are brilliant and so friendly. Xx

Been coming to Clements Hall since mid 2015 and can only sing their praises... The staff are friendly and very helpful, as are most of the clients... Alas the only let downs are the odd utilities failure or customers not disposing of their waste in the changing rooms, primarily babies nappies, etc in the swimming area; which are beyond the control of the staff... Would recommend to family and friends...

Was working there at a boxing night venue.

Didn't see that much of the place.

But it all went well.

My experience with all staff from entrance behind the desk, to swimming staff and gym staff all are so friendly and very helpful!

It is a shame the facilities let it down. I went to use gym,the electric wasn't working for machines e.g. bikes,walking etc

The jacuzzi was again out of action,the steam room again out of use! The shower was running non stop but no maintenance on Sundays! The hair dryers broken! What an embarrassment when bringing a friend or a relative, would they want to join?

For the last couple of weeks on a Saturday morning I've been put off swimming by the same girl standing in the main pool sneezing and wiping her nose and put hands in the water.Not one person who works there said don't do it.It was very easy to see this and disgusting.The young girl looks at if she don't care as no one has said don't do it .The time 8.30am.SO STAFF DO LOOK .in the free for all section if that help you to see.Once was bad enough but every week not acceptable.

Apart from the swim changing room needing a mega refurb, this centre is ok. Also, sauna, steam or jacuzzi is normally out of action. If that’s what your going for, best to ring ahead

Wetside facilities in urgent need for an upgrade.. lockers, showers, changing rooms all falling apart. Any plans for some investment from Fusion?

Swimming pool changing area is in desperate need of improvement.

Nearby and convenient! Only £4.40 for an adult swim but all of the lockers are broken or damaged! It no longer needs the 20p coin but I have to try at least 4-5 lockers before I find one that works and then invariably the watch strap style key is broken so I then can't put it on my wrist! And I'm not convinced the pool is cleaned thoroughly....the trough bit around the sides is filthy!

Clean the pool and invest some money in new lockers please! There must of been 40 people swimming at 8pm last night,that's not including the 40 or so doing an aqua aerobics class! That's £350 just in one hour of one day!!! That all goes a long way towards improvements!

We have been coming here for 6 weeks and have really enjoyed it but today they have rolled out a new band system which means that on a Sunday, you only have 1 hour to swim in the children's pool. (All at the same price as it usually is) But this also means that if you turn up at 9.20, you still have to leave the pool at 10 which we wasn't told about when we turned up... we got told this when we went to complain. So no matter what time you get there, you have to leave the pool on the hour. The pool holds a capacity of 38 people, when we got told to leave there were 5 people in the pool. It would have been so much better to allow us to stay until it got busier and then asked us to leave or we would have got out ourselves. You get told that you can use the big pool after the hour but having a 4 and 8 year old who have only recently started swimming, the 4 year old finds the bigger pool too cold and scary because she can't touch the floor. We will not be returning unless the band system changes.

The staff at this gym are amazing and do their best having to work under what I can only describe as dreadful conditions.



However the management at Fusion Lifestyle HQ should be ashamed of themselves.



Clements Hall is being neglected by Fusion. The sound systems don’t work so the instructors have to use an archaic system where you can’t hardly hear the music and the instructor has to shout as the head mic is not working.

The air conditioning system in the spin room seems to give out hot air rather than cool!!! I am sure you will agree that defeats the point of air conditioning.

The steps in the pump class are all mostly broken.

The swimming pool showers should have a health hazard warning put on them.



Fusion need to step up and start to rectify these problems, we all pay a huge amount of money and this seems to be going into there pockets and not into the gyms.

I am wondering how you can legally charge some people to enter your cafe? It seems the charge only applies to school age children, discrimination is the best term for this!!!!! Looking forward to your response!

Convient as it is close to home. However, the staff on reception are rude, the lockers are an absolute joke. Took me 5 attempts to find one that worked.

The pool is filthy around the edges, doesnt take alot to clean.

The toilets are the most vile toilets i have ever entered. The mess on the floor including blood is disgusting.

and to top it off, having an aerobics class going on during the adult only swim is stupid. To have them on their backs kicking and splashing. I go to the adult only swim for a relaxing swim. If i wanted to be splashed and kicked i wouldnt go to the adult only. Will not be returning!!

Changing rooms were gross! Wet nappy on the floor of one changing room, rubbish on the floor in another, looked like a good afternoon with 'Barry Scott' wouldn't go a miss, tried 4 lockers before finding one that worked (the key looked like it was rusting) then took a shower before getting in the pool, so hot nearly took my skin off, lucky I tried it before putting my 4 years olds under it, then small pool was shut due to lessons, got in the big pool which was freezing! So much so the kids were shivering even after swimming about to try and warm up, by far worst swimming experience so far!

Changing rooms filthy on a number of occasions and babies nappies on changing room floor.

Showers smelly and not very pleasant bins full and seem rarely emptied

Pool closed for almost a week so couldn't use

Cancelled kids 8am swimming lesson and told us on arrival for the lesson.

Communication from Alison on admin team non existent very frustrating trying to get anything resolved!

On a plus side girls on reception are lovely And always help with any query as much as they can membership has been cancelled!

Arrived there this morning along with my sister,an MS suffererdaughter and grandaughter to find the pool closed yet again.I understand things can happen,but as a regular customer,we were promised to be called if there were any problems with the pool by the manager.The customer service in this place leaves much to be desired as when this was raised with the receptionist this morning I was told that they have "lost the list!"The place is getting to the stage that it needs a revamp,it's looking grubby and tired.And yes,they do have a habit of changing systems with no notice,like the banding system.The manager needs to get on the job!!!
