I am super proud that Clifford’s Barber Shop have been able to sponsor Great Wakering Colts U10 tigers. Today they played fantastic football at the trinity tournament!
They won 2 and drew 2 games in the group stages. Then played the final game against the group winners and lost 1 nil. Finishing as runner up for our group. ... Boys were strong, battled well as a team and played some amazing football.
Plus they happen to look super awesome in their fancy new football kit!

Went here for the second time to get mine and my sons hair cut. The services is brilliant, the kids get to sit in a bike whilst having their hair cut and the staff are really good with them, there is also a play area which keeps them amused whilst I get my hair cut.

Great place great people, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Well where do I start!!! Brought my son here who is autistic, I have been to countless amounts of barbers etc and it’s always a struggle to the point we have to pin him down and he hyperventilates!! Well came here today and wow !! I didn’t have to hold him or pin him down, the lady just went along with Leyton where he was comfortable, even to the point on the floor !!! Very patient!! Never would I of thought that I wouldn’t have to pin him down to have a hair cut !!!! I will be bringing him back !!

Well I chanced upon Clifford’s with a google search for child friendly barbers - so glad I did as this will now be our regular for my little boy! Nikki was great - thank you x

Tried Clifford's out as its close by and I'm damn happy I did! Got an awesome haircut & the girl in there is super nice. I will be getting my hair cut there for the foreseeable future and suggest you do the same

Took our sons and they got a great haircut. Great place.

So impressed with it here- had been taking my 10 year old autistic son to another barbers but he didn’t like the wait when one of the barbers left and then another one we tried were really rough cutting his hair- heard good things about this place from a couple of friends and so thought I’d try it- the lady was so kind and lovely and my son loved it-she talked to him all the way through it and afterwards he got a sweet, he said he won’t go anywhere else now- really impressed!!

Popped in for a haircut for the first time and wasn't disappointed. Had a great cut and will be back again in a few weeks.

Nickiey is fantastic cutting my little girls hair especially as she's not one for sitting still! I took her here for her first ever cut and have returned everytime it needs trimming.

Definitely recommend to go here with your little ones. A great little seat and toys to keep them entertained. Thanks once again x

My sister took my little boy here on Thursday he has autism and it’s so hard to find someone to do his hair as he hates being touched but she was fantastic and his hair looked great.. can’t thank you enough would recommend to go here if u have a child with additional needs �

My boy loves going here, as he says... "she always cuts it fast, so i'm not in the chair for long" he won't go anywhere else now. They're Always friendly and make the waiting around painless with the odd laugh or two.

I've had many decent hair cuts now with nicky she really is great at what she does which is a rare these days,keep up the good work

I have been taking my very reluctant and vocal little boy here to have his hair cut for nearly 2 years.



From the start we were made to feel very welcome even though my boy screamed and cried the whole time and only had his hair combed. Two years on he is still not amazingly happy but the improvement is amazing and he actually comes out with his hair cut and a smile �

I have been coming to Clifford's for over a year now and both my kids love having their hair cut by Nickiey. She is brilliant with them and my son especially loves having hair product on at the end of his cut and having the little head massage he gets with it �

Had a couple inches off my hair and a beard trim today and it was a fantastic job, Nicola was friendly and the whole general experience was great. Will be returning for all future trims and touch ups. Thanks again!

Alfie is a truly brilliant barber would 100% recommend to everyone, will be a repeat customer for lots of time to come
