Clubbercise With Carrie-Anne Description
Clubbercise with Carrie-Anne takes place on the following days and times;
Mondays in Tamworth -
7pm - 8pm
Wednesdays in Hednesford
7pm - 8pm
Thursdays in Lichfield
7. 15pm - 8pm
AGE - 16 +
CLASS PRICE: £5: 00
For your first class you will also need to purchase your own set of Glow Sticks at £4: 00 per pair, these are reusable and battery operated for future classes.
DRESS CODE: All things bright and Neon! = if you have it! Sports wear and please wear sensible fitness trainers.
What happens in a Clubbercise class?
After checking in you'll be given a set of flashing rave glow sticks, these are reusable so much more environmentally friendly than the single use ones. We darken the room, get the disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine.
Then we work up a sweat dancing to floorfillers from 90′s to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.
What are the benefits of Clubbercise classes?
> You get to dance to your favourite tracks without a hangover the next day!
> Dancing in the dark with disco lights and lasers means you can really let go
> Dancing with glow sticks gives your arms a good work out
> You'll burn around 700 calories in an hour
> You'll tone your muscles
What should I wear /bring? No heels! Just trainers and sportswear /streetwear /fitness clothing… something you can dance in. . . and make sure you bring some water.
Do I need to be an experienced dancer?
Definitely not! We deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow and we repeat a lot of the moves so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.

Hednesford I’m so sorry that class had to be cancelled tonight 😞 That is always the last thing I want to happen, but it was out of my control. I had no idea until I arrived that the room was in use and unfortunately there wasn’t another room with a sound system available. No class next week either I’m afraid as I’m on a little holiday. ***HEDNESFORD*** I’ve just arrived at the school and there’s some sort of school event on in our usual hall and they didn’t tell the hire company so I didn’t know until I got here. They’re just trying to see if they can find me another room that has a sound system but if not, it won’t be on 😭😭😭 Will keep you updated.
