Visited on Saturday, staff were friendly and helpful (the manageress 'chased' a little old man who'd left his hat behind, to give it back to him) both my tea and my husband's coffee(s) were lovely, the hot food was very nice and the cakes were delicious. I recommend the 'Flower Pot' muffins! I overheard a member of staff patiently explaining to another customer that they were no longer Starbucks whilst going through menu options etc. The décor is understated, welcoming, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I will return when in the area again.
