This is the only place I take my girlies to get their shoes. All the staff are kind and patient. Their customer service is superb. During the summer holidays I used their service where I booked a slot for getting measured& fitting- great idea. One of my girls can be quite challenging and the staff are always so sweet and tolerant.

Can't recommend them enough x

Lovely staff and great customer service, replaced a pair of girl's winter boots with a broken zip without hesitation or quibble, plus refunded the difference as new pair was in the sale. I was already a loyal customer, now even more so. Highly recommended.

I bought a fab pair of Clarks heels last week. Lovely chat with the sales people, quick friendly and good service. Will be back soon :)

Amazing service - Sara spent an hour with us today finding suitable school shoes for my daughter who has Downs Syndrome and v wide feet. She was brilliant and so patient and even though we have had to come away with boys shoes because of Sara my daughter is happy and therefore so am I xx
