lovey views in the garden - friendly staff - nice wine - might be a good idea to sell larger size glasses of wine instead of just 175ml - Special praise to Jake the barman/waiter - what a lovely young man - a credit to the Commodore :-)

User

Zero complaints. What better setting is there for drinking good beer and eating great food. πŸ‘πŸ»

Was lucky enough to be taken here by my daughter for father's day this year, we dined in the restaurant upstairs, the atmosphere and views over the broads are amazing, the service was excellent, the food was spot on! I had smoked haddock and King prawn macaroni cheese with spinach, I could not fault it, the haddock was smokey and succulent and not that died bright yellow crap you get in supermarkets, the spinach had been added to the dish at the end of cooking which gave it a little bite and texture instead of going soggy, great trick by the chef, overall 10 out of 10 excellent food, the desert cherry bakewell Sundea was devine, a real treat with juicy sour cherries and prices of sweet pastry topped with ice cream and cherry syrup delicious!!! Top food, top place, will definitely be going back, you are a credit to the restaurant industry, keep up the great work!

Two burgers with onion rings ordered. Excellent food AND value! Big portions and lady behind the bar even warned us, as we were going to order too much food!

Lovely setting to top it off.

Not local to us but we shall be coming for a day out just to visit again.

User

The food was absolutely beautiful we had the chicken for 2 with fries and coleslaw it was Soo nice chicken was juicy and succulent very well presented Compliments to the chef definately. Keep up the great work x

User

Lovely food there this evening. Fab service and beautiful setting οΏ½

User

Food wash lush, and nicely decorated, views are lovely although we couldn't sit at a window seat. Staff very friendly.

Only thing is the kids menu could have a smaller children's menu in it. As my 3 year old got a huge portion, something an adult could have!!! So maybe cut the portion size right down for toddlers and make them abit cheaper........he loved the food though just far too much for him xx

User

Can't think of a nicer pub to go for if you want good drink, good food, a great view and a nice atmosphere. Lovely place.

User

Beautiful. So refreshing to be away from the rat race in London. Clean and fresh air.

User

A five star location, love the dΓ©cor and the food although simple was very well presented and tasty. On top of the amazing location, the choice of beer is great, lots of Adnams and most importantly, Aspall Cyder! Will definitely return.

User

A beautiful place to be on a nice summer’s afternoon/evening. Never had bad food here either. Not a cheap place to drink, but it’s worth it for the view and just to chillax. X

User

had a lovely beef burger with cheese and home made chips lovely and not expensive well worth the money place is very clean and the staff seemed lovely enjoyed it will go again very soon xx

User

Three of us had lunch, it was very nice what we had but the menu was restricted and you couldn't get any steaks till 6pm onwards, you couldn't book a table for lunch either. All in all it is a nice place with nice views of the Broads, the staff were good and there was plenty of seating choice, inside or outside. I would certainly recommend it and I would visit again.

User

Panoramic views of Oulton Broads from the garden and large opened picture window gives the young clientele in this bistro pub its edge. Modern interior and good food combined contribute to the experience. We enjoyed our experience there too x

User

One of the best views while having a drink. Breaded chicken bucket with sweet potato chips very good.

User

Lovely atmosphere but the till needs sorting all our food came at different times once the orders were traced, so we couldn’t eat together

User

Couldn't hear myself think as it would have been quieter staying next to an operating lawn mower, and was way to fucking hot.

Filled with lots of rowdy blokes who loved to have a shouting competition in attempt to assert their male dominance, and tragically attract any female within a 4 foot vicinity.

You could go outside which is nice, the transition from face-melting heat to hyperthermia wast pleasant, however it's not the planets fault for being that cold, sorry Earth.

Anyway, I was stood outside and got the impression that I was lowerclass pondlife, judging by the looks I received, probably because I didn't have my hair cut in the same style as anybody else, or wore exactly the same clothes, but hey ho!

Not for me. Panic attack central.
