Chef and owner Craig Lyons, is a passionate foodie, who has a vast knowledge of ingredients, recipes, techniques and food combinations. With his design background new ideas seem to come easily and we try and keep one step ahead of the game.

Specialising in French macarons, cookies and CroDoh’s, our ever changing menu, product range and inventions set us apart from other bakers. The vast majority of our food can be colour coded to your own scheme, corporate identity or taste. Giving you that very personal and original look.
