i first contacted confetti and lace 8 days before i was getting married..i brought a dress from a different bridal shop months ago and had picked it up after the alterations had been done unfortunately the dress did not fit anything like when i had first brought it, it felt and looked like a different dress and i knew i just couldnt walk down the aisle and get married in it i was utterly devastated..over the phone instantly telling the lady my problem she made me feel relaxe...d and confident that i would find exactly what i wanted in confetti and lace with over 400 dresses.. relieved i went to my appointment the next day, the saturday before my wedding, knowing i would have to buy off the peg and find almost a perfect fit. As soon i walked in i was welcomed by gill who was absolutely wonderful and rina was amazing both girls listened to what i wanted and quickly showed me what my options were size wise and the style i wanted. The salon was gorgeous and unlike any other salon, without sounding cheesy it was honestly magical. The atmosphere was so lovely everyone chatted to me so kindly and friendly. I saw the dress i wanted, desperatley hoped it would fit and that it was one i could take that day...and it did! like a glove! i felt so incredibly lucky to have found the dress! Gill made my day and said i could take it! but it was ordered in new with tags for another lady to try on later that day..so i would have to come back at the end of the day to collect it. Rina then so very kindly offered to take the dress to her house and i collect it from her so i didn't have to come back into lakeside or wait around. i couldn't believe she was so kind and when i arrived at her house my dress was hanging beautifully taken care of, i honestly feel so lucky for both rina and gill to have been so amazing to me and for rina to go above and beyond to help. My wedding day was perfect and the dress made me feel wonderful everyone commented on how beautiful the dress was and i felt how i was meant to feel on my wedding day. The whole experience was incredible actually i'll certainly never forget it..everything happens for a reason! Thank you so very much confetti and lace Rina and gill you were fabulous! love rachel. xx

I was really nervous coming in and trying on dresses. I have recently lost weight and still feel a little self conscious. Rina came and introduced herself, she made me feel totally comfortable and was just so lovely throughout. I actually chose the dress that she had picked for me! Wow, what can I say! Confetti and Lace have been the best bridal store that I have visited by far.
I went in on Saturday on the off chance and they managed to fit me in, nothing was too much trouble at all.
The store in itself has such beautiful dresses, I was literally gobsmacked, I felt like I had arrived in wedding dress heaven!
... All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to help you, however I would like to mention my bridal consultant Brogan, who was absolutely amazing in every way and Zoe who helped when we first went in along with the manager Gill.
If I could give 10 stars I would!

Where to start? completely amazing experience I'd only been to one other shop and walked out within 20 minutes but confetti and lace were fantastic the staff were amazing ( Zoe ) dealt with my appointment but another lady also helped I think she was a manager complety amazing also :) I went into the store feeling really unsure with no self-confidence and came out of there feeling amazing I also said YES to my dress. I can't express how grateful and happy I am right now thanks ladies for your help :) I can't wait to return for my fitting in June.

I said yes to the perfect dress yesterday, I had an amazing experience choosing my dress, Brogan was truly amazing, friendly and her service was outstanding she made me feel comfortable straight away. We travelled 3hours to visit this beautiful shop and was well worth the visit. Very happy customer can't wait to go back when my dress arrives.

I said yes to the dress yesterday!� Nancy and Kim was such a great help and was completely honest and advised me on what would suit me! They treated me and my family and friends so lovely! My little boy even knocked a glass over when we was celebrating with some fizz and no one moaned they just cleaned it straight up! Honestly can’t thank Kim and Nancy enough! All the girls are lovely! Gill even helped out and thanks Zoe for giving me an uplift in one of the dresses I tried! Can’t wait for my fitting now!! See you in a few months!xx

I just had my first fitting here, and it was wonderful. My usual lady, Kim, wasn't in but the rest of the girls were just as amazing. The seamstress was super sweet, and I was absolutely still in love with the dress I chose. They noticed my wedding shoes, custom made one of a kind ;), and had to show the other girls in the shop. Everyone was so lovely, and every visit I've had there has been incredible. I can't wait for my next visit!! Highly recommended to anyone I'll ever meet �

They are amazing at knowing exactly what would look right on your body shape and give honest opinions but all the while listening to everything you want and more importantly don’t want.

This was emotional for me for certain reasons and Ella and Gill were so understanding with me and made me feel that it was ok to shed a tear and helped me See past my body confidence issues.

Gill also knew and understood about my condition I have called fibromyalgia and helped me find a dress that was not only beautiful but comfortable to get me through the day.

I would recommend you ladies to anyone looking for the perfect dress and can’t wait to see you all again �
