At a very busy time, staff were fast, friendly and efficient. Plenty of seating through the back, though floor was littered with food waste. Not impressed with black forest hot chocolate; not enough cream or cherry sauce.

Supervisors scolding staff in front of customers. Not enough staff to cope with the amount of customers. Toilets smelled like mouldy cheese and vomit even before u opened the door.
